Buttons are Too Sensitive

Not a good thing when being dual purposed for doing real office work. Strictly for gaming it I would rate it 4 stars. For work usage 2 stars. Hence, 3 star rating. I returned this mouse.

Poor quality, support, sw, didn't honor warranty

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 months after owning this mouse the side pads (rubber material) (both) came off. Support was rude and would not honor the warranty. I was told "just glue them back on". I responded "what type of glue should I use since you will not honor the warranty?". No response. I returned it to the store and got another one. Same thing. Additionally, the software suite (which I've used on 3 separate computers now) uses +/- 10% of the processing power, according to task manager --> processes tab. This is an "F" product imo.
