Purchased for my son. He has been satisfied with it. Much better than the wireless one we had.

Very disappointing purchase! Started rattling loudly after about four months and was forced to deal with the terrible product support at Razer. Never responded to emails and only way to connect with someone was to use the chat function. Then they refused to replace it until AFTER I sent back the broken mouse. Basically, their communication was so bad I didn’t trust they would send a replacement. The only way they would send the replacement first was if they charged my credit card for the full amount and then refunded when they got my broken mouse in the mail. Once again, no way I would trust them with my credit card number. Truly terrible support!

its on the small side and isnt always responsive, but other than that its good.

i didn't like how it felt and and it just felt awful and response time was bad

Settings wouldn’t stick and it would have a stutter effect when moving around

Cant use the software for this mouse because it logs me out every 20 seconds. Want to update something? Enter code sent to email. After entering that code enter code sent to p[hone. After trying to enter that code software logs you out. HORRIBLE

Mouse was great like any new mouse at first. Then Razer drivers automatically installed itself one day and issues began. Uninstalled and removed Razer drivers and they randomly downloaded itself again. Watch the news and learn there is a huge exploit in Razers drivers and firmware leading to security vulnerabilities. You have to use regedit just to disable Razer automatic downloads! After doing all that, the left click failed because of a known design issue. This is a disposable mouse.. It advertises nice specs but none of that matters. I guess it's like how some cellphones have 108 MEGAPIXEL CAMERAS but still cant beat an iphones 12MP camera (smh) Never, Razer, Again.

The left click wouldn't stay held down. Mechanically it was held down, but the computer wasn't getting that. After some googling it was a common problem. I was able to return and get the V2 which has been so much better. I wouldn't waste your time with this version. Go for V2

its ok, theres some things i liked and some i didnt.

After dropping once not very high up either it completely stopped working.

Very good mouse for gaming and work purposes . Works well

I've had this mouse 7 months. I've used it playing games for roughly 3-4 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. The mouse is now double clicking with a single click. which while gaming gets you killed. For the price, I would have expected more life form this product.

Will have read to see if I can adjust the sensitivity because it is a bit too touchy

Started off good but lags & double clicks all the time. Only mouse that has ever done that. Threw it out after 7 months. Best buy will delete this review anyways, why everything is 5 stars.

My Logitech mouse lasted years above this crap, I contacted razer about sending my device but I had to wait an extra day for a shipping label. I should not have to wait on a shipping label on top of the fact that I had to wait a full week in business days to receive a replacement. What a joke don't buy their products, they are not even BBB accredited. If you have issues with your device and have to wait 1 FULL WEEK TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT, I MIGHT AS WELL BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT.

Worked great at first and then started giving me either no clicks or double clicks randomly after only about 3-4 months of use. As of now it's hit or miss on whether it will do it or not and I have tried various methods I've found online to fix this issue as it seems to show up quite often for this particular mouse but nothing has worked. I wish I had known about it before I bought it. Even on a big sale, I regret the purchase and have since purchased a different mouse. Going to keep it as an extreme case scenario backup.

Read many online reviews about this mouse that did not hold up after I purchased it. I already had the Razer Synapse software on my computer prior to installing the mouse. The mouse was recognized and worked for about fifteen minutes until it was disabled by my Windows 7 machine. I received a message from the Windows device manager that said that I should contact the mouse manufacturer. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software did not help. I had read about the issues that other people had with Razer mice right out of the box so I wasn't surprised. I returned the mouse the next day and tried a different model Razer mouse.
