This purchases started off good, but 7 months later started to have problems. Now it won't scroll. Will not be buying again.

Loved this mouse for two weeks until the left mouse click stopped clicking. This review is for Razer’s warranty department. Zero Stars! Two weeks of back and forth about how they are out of stock and I should pick a new replacement mouse free of charge. Great! Not so much. Every choice was conveniently out of stock. After 5 choices magically my deathadder was available and we could replace it! In two to three weeks! And the process would not start until I sent my mouse back in. Still have no working mouse, no replacement, and no clue when I will ever or if I will ever get one.

The mouse was fine when brand new, but then mouse wheel started slipping an dsqueaking so I opened a case on Razer's support website. We had a couple of back-and-forth emails but then they closed the case saying I hadn't responded within 15 days to their last email even though I replied within 2 days and have evidence. This was my second Razer mouse that had a similar problem so I'll never buy a Razer product again.

I bought one of these in Feb and by June it was having severe double-click issues. I tried all of the recommended fixes, none of them worked. When I contacted the manufacturer, they agreed to RMA it but told me I'd have to send it in before they'd ship a replacement. What am I supposed to do, not have a mouse for a week or two? Terrible.

16,000 dpi is an insane amount that no one could possibly ever use or need. 800 is as low as it goes . Good luck!

I recently bought this mouse to compliment my gaming setup and i will say after a bit of time, i have heavily enjoyed it! PROS: Grips on the side for, well gripping, but makes a bigger difference then you think! RGB lighting on the scroll wheel and the razer logo It's easy to adjust your DPI and it can go up to 16,000! The Two side buttons of the mouse are so so sooo heelpful, i've especially noticed this when i'm playing FPS games, It definitely gives an advantage! Grip on the scroll wheel, so it's very easy to use quickly the ergonomic design fits my hand pretty well and the way it's designed i think most people would really enjoy the shape of it! CONS: I only have only noticed one thing i don't particularly like, and that's not even to much to do with the mouse, and it's that the chroma lighting software can sometimes be difficult to control. but that's my input! I would definitely recommend!

The Razer software that comes with the mouse to customize it, caused my computer to crash and act with problems, so it had to be uninstalled. Now the scrolling wheel sensor is failing where the mouse scrolling skips and stutters.... I found out online that this is a common problem with this mouse. Do not purchase this mouse.

I don't like it because when I use the mouse, it reacts really slow.

This mouse is good but not the best. You finger will hurt after 30 minutes.

I got the double click issue in 6 months. This is quite common in gaming mose but getting it in 6 months is def. not acceptable at all. I wouldn’t recommend this mouse to any gamers out there.

Did not like the mouse - movement is too sensitive. I will be returning this

I dont know if i bought a defective mouse . I wanted to try it out from all the good reviews . Nothing but problems . Every time i would set my dpi , in game it would change itself. Returned it , went with other brand no problems at all.

The adhesive on the finger pads disinigrated on 3 of these that i bought bevause i initially loved them and wanted all my pcs to have the same mouse. They suck after about 7 months.

This is probably the worse mouse I've owned in the history of mandkind. After a few days the mouse started acting up. Few weeks later the mouse isn't even detected by multiple computers.

Used mouse primarily for fps games. left click started double clicking after 3 weeks of use.

And overpriced and I’m just gonna keep writing to meet the word count I guess... don’t buy this... better options out there, trust me...

I didn’t receive the package. Package has been lost by carrier USPS. I want to be reship to me but it was out the stock. NO COMMEND

Runs background process taking 1% of processor usage. Modified laptop's firmware. Am not a gamer. Don't need its bells and whistles.

The mouse looks nice, but the software to use it is disruptive, and the mouse wheel squeaks after heavy use of not even 4 months
