Decent mouse, razer support is awful.

Good weight, responsive buttons, macros easy to program with their software. I did, however, have an issue with the left mouse button not being responsive. I have been emailing back and forth with razer support for over a week now and they have not once even attempted to resolve my issue. I've been passed around to different support reps who keep asking me the same questions. This is insane.
