The synapse program would not let my computer go into to sleep mode.(win10). The settings on my monitor would reset to basic for some reason. The mouse itself would not go into sleep mode unless the Synapsr program was running. I figured most of them out but then my son couldn’t hear in discord off his Xbox controller while the mouse was connected. Or something like that. We got it working by turning off the Razer program. Ended up with a 10 dollar mouse from 5 below. Lol.
