Fastest mouse I've used, super light weight too!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used around 15+ different gaming mice since about 2006, trying to find my favorite one. Originally when the DeathAdders were first released, I was in high school and was not a fan at all of Razer mice. The shape didn't work for me. Over time I started to not mind the shape, but was still a fan of one of their main competitors. Now that they've worked on the shape a bit over time and have lost the weird flares on the buttons, I would say that they're one of the most comfortable mainstream mice for most users out their. The light weight is great, very easy to make quick adjustments. The crazy high DPI and the 8000hz polling rate is incredible, but something my "old" 34 year old reflexes cannot fully take advantage of. The only downside to any Razer accessory these days, is the bloated pile of software they try to jam down your throat. You can get away with using this mouse without Synapse installed, but you won't be able to really customize anything. All accessory manufactures these days think they know what you want and throw more junk in your face with ads/launchers, even if you really just want a super lightweight driver package, with an app that allows a few changes, and thats it. So other than Razer bloat, I LOVE this mouse!

A lightweight, snappy mouse...not for small hands
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Deathadder v3 is an excellent wired gaming mouse. With satisfyingly clicky optical switches, smooth-to-the-touch plastic, and highly accurate inputs, there is little to complain about and plenty to praise. To start, the size of the mouse is pretty good even if it doesn't work for me. This may seem paradoxical, but most gamer merch is, unsurprisingly, aimed at men and for all the posturing and pandering companies put out in 2023, I've come to expect to be excluded as a woman. My hands run on the smaller size of average (just under 16.5cm in length) but aren't terribly small for a woman, so while I find that many mice tend to be uncomfortably large to hold, bordering even on painful, I do expect that many women may also find this mouse slightly large in the hand. That said, the Deathadder v3 is usable even for me, although I feel that it is best suited for those with larger hands and would best be suited for those with male-typical average (7.5"+) to larger hands. Still, larger hands may find the mouse ironically too small. For the adventurous with smaller hands looking to try the DAV3, you may find that in longer gaming sessions the arch impedes long-term use. Moving on, the DAV3 is remarkably plain for the Razer brand. You'd expect the usual gaudy green logo and RGB lighting, but this mouse comes in only a black colorway and has no RGB lighting to speak of. The plastic is smooth to the touch and comfortable to hold, and while the mouse itself is fairly bulky, it manages to be both feather-light and feel well-built. In use, this mouse is easy to glide across a mousepad and, if not for the size, would feel incredibly natural in the hand. Additionally, while I wish that this mouse came in the usual alternative white colorway that many of their peripherals are also offered in, the lack of RGB and the more understated look are a nice perk for those wanting a mouse that doesn't scream "gamer". You could even theoretically bring this into the office and not raise any eyebrows. The only major drawback that comes to mind is that the DAV3 is wired. For some gamers, this is actually a perk. Wired means no fussing with dongles, charging, or latency; and as you'd expect, this mouse had excellent performance and no jumps or jitters while mousing around during gaming and work sessions. On the other hand, it means an extra cable to manage (or for the lazy, an extra cable cluttering your desk), and this specific cable is pretty stiff and kinked and kept its shape out of the box which I found annoying, and while that isn't a dealbreaker, it is something to keep in mind as you cannot avoid using the cable or swap it out.

Super lightweight, but lacks lighting
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simply put, the Razer DeathAdder v3 is, as advertised, extremely light. It definitely took a little getting used to when switching mice in my experience. However, I think that the benefit of having a mouse as light as this really shows once you get used to it. I mainly tested the mouse in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive which, as many people know, is an extremely competitive game that requires quick reactions. I found that flicking to a target across the screen was much easier since it required less effort to move the mouse quickly, and also less effort to stop, so I didn't move further than I need to and miss the target. Something notable about this mouse, when compared to other mice on the market, is that it doesn't have lights. I personally wasn't bothered by this, but I'm sure someone out there would prefer a mouse with lighting capabilities. I also noticed that this mouse is fairly large compared to my old mouse. The wire that this mouse uses to connect to your PC is lightweight and I did not experience any problems with it. However, there is a wireless version of the DeathAdder V3 available for a higher price tag. People who would enjoy this product: Competitive gamers and those who prefer performance to looks. People who would not enjoy this product: Those looking for a mouse with flashy lighting.

DeathAdder V3
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Razer DeathAdder V3 ultralight weight Ergonomic Esports wired mouse, this mouse is what it says ultralight weight at first I didn’t care for how light it was I like a little weight to my mouse but I really got to liking it, the ergonomic shape fit perfectly into my hand & placement of buttons were spot on no having to over extend my fingers or having to keep readjusting my hand, it is super smooth glads effortlessly, the mouse itself is also very smooth in texture I do like a little more grip but it works well. I was kinda hesitant about being wired cause I love the freedom of wireless not only for the neatness of not having wires everywhere but also just not having the feeling of being tied to one spot & tangled up cords, but the cord has managed to not get tangled up & is long enough to be able to extend when I lean back to play. Couple of my friends came over to test it cause they are Razer freaks they loved it they also noticed it is a little slower then the wireless Razer mouse, but it’s not very noticeable at all on my part it’s really like a split second of a difference which didn’t effect anything. HK hyperpolling technology communication to your PC is amazing so you don’t notice any lag. And like most it is a USB A. I highly recommend DeathVadder it doesn’t disappoint.

Great mouse especially for gaming.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy using this mouse for gaming. It glides across my mouse pad smoothly and tracks well. Why 4 stars from me. I do not get why they chose to put the dpi button on the bottom of the mouse. I would have liked that button under the mouse wheel. This way if someone chooses to change the function of that button to something else, they could do so and be able to use it. Or even if you want it to stay as the dpi change button, you would be able to use it without having to lift the mouse up. I would have loved it to have more buttons to use. At least the one I just mentioned, but it would also have been nice to maybe see another thumb button like a sniper button. That said this does have a hypershift that you can change the buttons to something else when you press and hold the hypershift button down. What I like to do is set the mouse left click to the other thumb button (I like to use one of the thumb buttons as the hypershift key) or set the left mouse button to be the bottom dpi button if you would like to asign the left mouse button to something else. This mouse also does not have any RGB lights. It is a basic mouse that has a couple side thumb buttons, your right and left mouse buttons and then your mouse wheel that can go up, down or pressed in. and then the dpi button that is located on the bottom. But that said, I have a few mice that have a few more buttons. They are nice, but not needed. This mouse feels great, and even though it does not have all the extra buttons, I still manage to play just as good in FPS games if not better due to the tracking and smoothness this mouse provides. It comes with a decent length braided cord and a carry case for it. I would love to see them start to just come out with a cord that you plug in. maybe with a second cord for usb-c. But this way if something does happen to the cord, you could easily replace it. Or if they only give the one cord, if you have a cord that you can use for usb-c you could swap it out. But overall, this has become my mouse of choice for my laptop. I have another razer mouse that I enjoy using that is with my desktop. If you enjoy a simple mouse without all the extra buttons and RGB lights, then this mouse is for you.

Best mouse I've ever used for gaming.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Razer Deathadder v3 Superlight is, without a doubt, the best mouse I've ever had the pleasure of using. Its super lightweight design truly lives up to its name, providing an unparalleled experience that feels absolutely incredible. It's astonishing how such a lightweight mouse can offer such exceptional performance. One of the standout features of this mouse is the effortless clicks it offers. Every press of the buttons delivers a smooth and satisfying experience, allowing me to navigate through tasks with ease. One notable improvement in this version is the inclusion of larger side buttons. As someone who relies on side buttons for hotkeys during critical player versus player (Minecraft PVP) battles, this enhancement is a game-changer. The larger size makes it easier for me to locate and press the side buttons without any hesitation or risk of accidentally missing them. It has significantly improved my reaction time and overall performance in intense gaming scenarios. The aesthetic design of the Deathadder v3 Superlight is sleek and elegant. While some may consider it to be slightly understated, I personally appreciate its minimalistic appearance. The mouse exudes a professional and refined look, which aligns perfectly with my preferences. However, I understand that personal tastes may vary, and some users may prefer mice with more extravagant designs featuring LED lights and intricate patterns. This is the third Razer mouse I've owned for gaming and it's the one I'm sticking with.

Razer DeathAdder - New vs Old
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was replacing a 10 year old DeathAdder. Very pleased with the new one, it is a bit sleeker and doesn't have the texture on the side for a thumbhold. However, this is a major improvement as that area consistently caught dirt. The mouse is a good size to fit in my hand and is comfortable for extended use. I use it for gaming but also work from home. The only thing I miss from the old mouse is the light up Razer logo.

Got this from the Razer Store
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked this up from the razer store and it was a available sooner than best buy. The mouse a bit lighter, the texture is smoother like the gpx, and for me the downside is the cable being pretty stiff. If you're planning to swap the cable, this mouse will be perfect. Also would recommend grips due to the smoothness of the coating.

Light and Good Build Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a lot lighter than I expected, as my last mouse was the Razer Mamba Elite. This one is much more minimalistic, but happy to report that the build quality is still great even though it feels lighter

Great mouse, great value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Opted for the wired version over the (more than twice as expensive) wireless option. The wire is virtually unnoticable while gaming. Im considering getting a bungee for the cable but to be honest, you dont need one. Mouse is very comfortable and responsive. Incredibly light.

It's An Mouse.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a mouse. Good build quality, feels like it'll last me longer than cheaper options. I haven't messed too much with the settings so I'm sure there's functions I'm missing. Very nice fabric cable.
