Very comfortable chair, my old chair was very difficult to sit in for long period of time and this chair is very l comfortable with the ergonomic arch on the back

[Employee of bestbuy] Freaking amazing chair by every way. First of all, it looks amazing like a race car chair with side bolsters but also very comfortable all day. It's heavy and sturdy too which gives great support.

Amazing! We’ve had this chair for about 2 years and it still looks brand new and we use it everyday, it’s the best chair we’ve ever had and we’d definitely get another one!

I have had 4 gaming chairs and this one is by far the best! Its very comfortable and has many different settings. Easy to assemble in minutes.

To keep it short, I'm around 5' 5" and 220lbs and I have to say this chair is just not comfortable at all. I can never really get it in the right position to game in it comfortably. The recline is nice along with the pillows when I want to doze off or lean back, but that's the only comfortable thing about it. Also, the gas cylinder wore out and I've only had it for a little over half a year, it would just sink slowly randomly. I would highly recommend something like a vertagear chair for sure. I do give it props though for the setup and packaging, very detailed instructions and even gives you a pair of gloves.

Got this as a upgrade for my husband he loves it very comfortable and can adjust to your needs

This chair has been through several moves and wear ajd tear from children. Still holding up amazing. Comfortable yet firm for long uses.

I just picked this up for my son. The chair feels like it's the kind of quality you are hoping for. It was pretty simple to put together and its sturdy. My son is a large kid and it had plenty of room for him. Our computer room has a dx racer king series. A secret lab Titan xl and now the razor enki. I'd rank this right on par with the others, maybe even better.

This chair is so comfortable and you can adjust everything on it. Would definitely buy it again

It’s a pretty good upgrade from your most basic office chair. I’ve been gaming for a long time and have used anything from a $25 office chair, to a futon, couch.. all kinds of stuff. Lately I got this chair to upgrade from the most cheap office chair I’d been using for the past couple of years. This gaming chair number one is very well made and heavy. When the BestBuy employee brought it out for pickup I wasn’t sure it would fit in my car. The box is huge. I didn’t find any instructions in the box but it’s massive so I missed it. Very easy set up, especially if you’ve assembled an office chair before. Only had to screw in about 8 bolts with an included tool. Overall sitting quality is amazing, great lumbar support and also the included pillow that straps on is great. The seat can go back and forward similar to in a car, which I like as well. I believe the price is a little too high for what it is, I used $100 in rewards from Bestbuy to take a little of the sting away but I am pretty pleased with it

Extremely well built and very easy to assemble with no issues. The cushioning is extra firm - it will likely soften with use, but keep this in mind it it’s a deal breaker. Larger users with wide thighs may find this uncomfortable. Lumbar support and everything is adjustable. It comes in a very heavy and bulky box, so be prepared to bring help when loading and unloading if you’re picking up at a store - I actually had to get my truck because it wouldn’t fit in my sedan.

Very comfortable after sitting for a while. Definitely a step up from my old cheap office chair.
