This is a great chair lots of adjustments can be made the only thing that I would prefer as if the armrest had more cushioning in it

The seat is really comfy! I could sit all day. I wish I could give 5 stars, Unfortunately I returned it due to the awkward postion of the headpillow. I’d keep it if I could adjust the pillow. I took it off while sitting. Moreover, I don’t like the reclining. I feel like Other chairs such as titan evo 2022 or akracing are easier than this. For your information, enki x is better for money (100 bucks cheaper) than this if you don’t care about the pillow and reclining.

I'd give this chair 5 stars if it wasn't for the multiple defects it arrived with and my so far pretty bad experience with razer support regarding the issues. Poorly constructed seat base that makes farting sounds if you move your left leg even slightly. For some reason the inside of the cushion rubs against itself and it cannot be fixed or adjusted without ripping the seat apart and essentially breaking it. Razer support told me I'd get a replacement, but shortly sent me an email basically asking again every question I already answered during my 1.5 hour chat session. They are trying to do everything they can not to remedy the issue and save themselves money. I weight 150 pounds. This is my main issue with the chair and with how razer is handling their brand new product. The 4D armrests are extremely wobbly, like to a ridiculous degree. They come pre-installed and cannot be tightened because I see no accessible screws. I probably just got a early unit with awful build quality or just got a repackaged reject. For $400, its pretty pathetic. It wasn't anything I did wrong during installation. They wobble like half an inch up/down front/back left/right. Its kind of funny actually how big a fail they are. I can deal with this, though. Another part of the chair rubs really loud. The backrest on the left side where it screws on rubs against the plastic covers. This I can actually remedy myself by putting some sort of material there, but the first issue cannot be resolved.

Absolutely love this chair! Surprisingly very easy to set up, the only thing you'll really need a buddy for help is to carry the box into the house. Besides that once you get it in its a once person, simple job! I was able to score it with $100 off...no brainer. Razer & BestBuy come through again!

Great chair and comfortable, but a bit on the expensive side. Hopefully it will last a long time.

Nice and sturdy chair, I have back problems and a firm chair is nice for me.

Bought this for my son for his birthday. Before he had a cheap office chair which hurt his back. This chair so worth it. The sales man that helped us choose this one was amazing!

First I received the wrong chair then once I received the new chair it breaks with in the first week I am 6"4 and about 260 felt great till it broke now I would rather sit in a plastic chair.

Pretty comfy chair, definitely not for the price tho. Also what’s the point of having on the lean back feature if it’s not going to balance correctly? I just fell after leaning back smh(150lbs)

Great chair! Only bad thing is the wheels don’t lock, so if you’re on a hard surface or mat you’ll slide around a lot.

I would give it at 5 but the pillow to rest your head will make you quite uncomfortable other than that it’s pretty good

Good for a work day, but I am sure I will prefer getting a better chair next year. For the price, I just expect it to feel comfy all day.
