This was the WORST experience I have ever has with Best Buy... EVER. From the customer service to the "delivery" that never happened so I had to go to BUCKHEAD during Christmas time. My package was delivered to the wrong address and I was aware of that when the delivery driver contracted through UPS said "Oh, I wonder why that package scanned to that other address? Oh well, I delivered to the wrong place and I don't have it anymore." Okay, so I called customer service and told them what happened, she said "I have a replacement in the system for you & you will receive a confirmation email in about 48 - 72 hrs." I said "That's great, but I would like some sort of email confirming that there is an issue since basically almost $500 is just missing." No can do. I called every day and finally was able to get a resolution on 12/23/24. Before that I was hung up on & was talked to condescendingly by multiple customer service representatives. Nobody cared that this was not something that I did that caused the issue & that I bought this for a Christmas gift, I mean I guess that isn't their problem. It would be nice if they at least acted like they cared? I don't know. I used to never think twice about spending $500 at Best Buy... This has greatly put a bad taste in my mouth for sure. Hopefully this chair really was worth all this trouble.

It’s a pretty good upgrade from your most basic office chair. I’ve been gaming for a long time and have used anything from a $25 office chair, to a futon, couch.. all kinds of stuff. Lately I got this chair to upgrade from the most cheap office chair I’d been using for the past couple of years. This gaming chair number one is very well made and heavy. When the BestBuy employee brought it out for pickup I wasn’t sure it would fit in my car. The box is huge. I didn’t find any instructions in the box but it’s massive so I missed it. Very easy set up, especially if you’ve assembled an office chair before. Only had to screw in about 8 bolts with an included tool. Overall sitting quality is amazing, great lumbar support and also the included pillow that straps on is great. The seat can go back and forward similar to in a car, which I like as well. I believe the price is a little too high for what it is, I used $100 in rewards from Bestbuy to take a little of the sting away but I am pretty pleased with it

Most comfortable chair I’ve ever had. Solid construction and love the feel of the fabric.

This chair is exactly what I wanted. Good quality, comfortable, and lets me sit for a couple hours at a time without getting a sore back or bottom. The adjustable arms are nice to be able to raise for elbow support during my remote work days. All in all, I would recommend it and would buy it again.

Great chair and value. Bought for older son and he couldn’t be happier with range of motion and comfort.

This chair is very uncomfortable and not worth it. I bought and returned. The lumbar support is not adjustable and makes it even more uncomfortable. $480 for a hard lump. I spent 600$ and got a wonderful, comfortable Secret Lab Titan Evo. The difference in price for a Secret Lab is worth it. Softer material, more cushion, and with fully customizable lumbar and thoracic support. Trust me don't buy this it's absolutely awful.
