Would've been nice if they stuff told me that if you do get a certain product you have this amount of time to return/ exchange it or else youll have to connect the actual company

Great chair for the price, has a lot of adjustments you can make to various spots.

Priced high but worth it would buy it again……………..

I'll keep the review simple. Buy it. You won't regret it. Also, it was the easiest chair to put together. 10 minutes and you're rolling.

Overall Chair is great. I would have been perfect if has little more comfort on lumber support.

Love it! Very comfortable support my back, which is good for long sitting.

It is a decent chair, built well but the padding hurts after a few hours of sitting down, You will need to adjust the seat because of pain every hour or two. I have just started the purple seat pad to adjust for the stiffness of the original padding.

Easy to put together steal frame. But the seat is stiff and very hard. I have to add pillow. The reclining is super. I think , it could be at leasy $100 cheap. If u can ' try before u by.

So in law did not like the chair. Was way over priced and took it back

I find the chair stiff and rather uncomfortable. Feels too small for me im 6'1" my wife says it fits her perfectly.

The armrest are very uncomfortable, the seat itself is very stiff I wouldn’t recommend using it for any extended gaming sessions, and the lumbar support felt more like a knee being pressed to my back. The pillow attachment was also super low so not the best for taller people. For the price it’s terrible I’ll be returning it asap.

i cant believe the positive reviews of this chair. Theres basically zero cushion or comfort to it. It keeps your posture good and has decent back support but the seat and back cushion is hard as a rock. I have a 150$ gamers unite brand chair from sams club that is light years mkre comfortable than this chair. I would not reccomend this even if it was only 250 let alone 500.

The seat is too short for a 6-foot person. My legs never rest. I can't stand more than an hour on the chair.

I personally was not a fan of this chair. I found it very uncomfortable and hot. I’ve probably been spoiled too much by my Herman Miller chair.

Less than an hour and my legs starting hurting, ive messed around with the angle and the height and still couldnt find comfort in sitting on this 500 dollar chair. Save the money and look else where.

Would love to put and review for the chair but Worst experience with Best Buy ever ordered was told it would arrive December 21 and it’s Jan 1 still nothing and zero information from Best Buy

The seat could use more padding. But overall good quality

Amazing chair. Really comfortable and really easy to assemble. An ideal gaming chair or for your in home office. Could easy spend the whole days sitting on it.

Awesome chair for gaming and work, would recommend for a friend.
