It was pretty simple to put together and its sturdy. My son is a large kid and it had plenty of room for him. Our computer room has a dx racer king series. A secret lab Titan xl and now the razor enki. I'd rank this right on par with the others, maybe even better.

From the customer service to the "delivery" that never happened so I had to go to BUCKHEAD during Christmas time. My package was delivered to the wrong address and I was aware of that when the delivery driver contracted through UPS said "Oh, I wonder why that package scanned to that other address? Oh well, I delivered to the wrong place and I don't have it anymore." Okay, so I called customer service and told them what happened, she said "I have a replacement in the system for you & you will receive a confirmation email in about 48 - 72 hrs." I said "That's great, but I would like some sort of email confirming that there is an issue since basically almost $500 is just missing." No can do. I called every day and finally was able to get a resolution on 12/23/24. Before that I was hung up on & was talked to condescendingly by multiple customer service representatives. Nobody cared that this was not something that I did that caused the issue & that I bought this for a Christmas gift, I mean I guess that isn't their problem. It would be nice if they at least acted like they cared? I don't know. I used to never think twice about spending $500 at Best Buy... This has greatly put a bad taste in my mouth for sure. Hopefully this chair really was worth all this trouble.
