If you're looking for some eyecandy for your desk... a flock of Chroma devices will absolutely spice things up. The ability to sync the lights across devices is a plus as well. As for how it works as an actual mousepad... I haven't used many pro or gaming specific mousepads... but this one is definitely better than the satechi mousepad i bought. i have the Mamba and an MX pro and I noticed that both mice glide much smoother on this surface, which feels more comfortable to me. Moving the mouse is slightly more "effortless"
