Where is the card? Why is it taking too long you guys are too slow

Delay in delivery up to 24 hours delay in delivery

Just don’t understand how I can buy one card and get it right away. You’ll buy another card and I can’t even get the confirmation email. Just don’t get it.

Purchased the card hours ago still have t received it in my email but quick to take money. I even called customer service and still they didn't do anything besides telle.to what great hospital this store gives us us online this happens every other time.

I was not satisfied with purchase. I bought the digital card and right away entered code it did not work then tried again same issues. I called gift card number to tell them issue they gave me a new code and it didnt work after then they gave me the same non working code so it was a waste of time. I wish you guys did a better job on refunding people. I wasted my money on this and couldn't even help. This is disappointing.

I bought my razor gold yesterday and it sucks , Im not getting any support from best buy they suck my card i bought was 100 dollars and sent to my girlfriend who is out of town and no money is on the card!!!! Ive called them 5 times and just keep getting the run around!!!

Sometimes it takes days just to receive an instant transfer online order.

Purchased a card today and went to redeem it and it's no good. Can't even get money back because they sold me a bad cards. This has happened more than once. Recommended more purchase. More cards are bad then good

It's taking to long for the gift card I ordered to be processed

Digital card had already been redeemed! So I lost $100. It took several hours before card was delivered. Will not order digital cards again

It seems like the only way you get the e-card immediately is if you’re getting the $100.00 e-card and higher. If you’re getting a smaller amount then you either have to wait or get a refund.

My purchase was cancelled and thankfully, my card was credited.

Card was already been redeemed before I could redeem it

This product was not purchased be me my Best Buy card was compromised. The Best Buy credit card is very easy to compromise. It felt like I was on trial after calling and notifying then about the charges and it was difficult to reach them

I typically love Best Buy but occasionally the gift card gets declined and money is returned. So it is frustrating when attempting to order online.

Never got the digital card! So many problems in two days with Best Buy, hideous customer service!
