I'm sorry, this card was bad. This was second time a card purchased from your store was already used. You say final sale. But now 200 dollars GONE and nothing to show for it. Never again!!!

I had purchase a $100 email delivery gift card which states that available immediately after purchase or within an hour at most and its been over 3 hours and 40 minutes and still no code and i decided to purchase again smaller amount but to no success srill says order received waiting to be fullfilled .. IT CAN.BE BEST BUYS SYSTEM AT FAULT.

I received the code to the card online only to find that it had already been used. When I called about the issue I was told to get in touch with the vendor. When I spoke to the vendor they said that they couldn't issue a refund because I bought it from a third party. So my issue was never resolved. Not a happy customer.

Please I need my card and account back in order thank you

This order before no problem but this last time it didn't work it gave the code but it still didn't work

I received an invalid code and the issue was not corrected to this day. I am still waiting for a valid code to redeem the $50 after multiple calls to customer service.

Thank to best buy and I really appreciate and will continue buying gift card from Best Buy
