THE KEYS ARE EXTREMELY TACTILE AND VERY RESPONSIVE THEY ARE HOWEVER VERY LOUD TO MOST PEOPLE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT IT IS A VERY STURDY AND WELL BUILT KEYBOARD IT FEELS LIKE A QUALITY PRODUCT FROM THE MOMENT THAT YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX. THE RAZER SYNAPSE HOWEVER IS SOMEWHAT LACKING IN REGARDS TO EASE OF NAVIGATION BUT IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE SEEKING A HIGH END KEYBOARD THAT IS OK WITH THE LOUD SWITCHES .

Bought this for my 13 year old Grandson. He loves me even more for this present. If possible.

Yes this is an expensive keyboard. However, the comfort, feel, and build quality are excellent.

This keyboard is decent. The employee at the store told me it should work great with Apple computers. I don't think he knows much about keyboards. I don't either for that matter. I relied on his service to help me make an informed decision. So I bought it. After trying for some time to get the software to sync with the keyboard, reaching out to Razer customer support, and trying different things... Nothing worked. Mac will only support an older version of the Synapse software. The Razer Huntsman Elite will only work with the newest version of the software. This is a pretty expensive prebuilt keyboard to not be able to use all of the features. I reached out to Best Buy and had correspondence with the general manager. He was very kind and considerate and said he will make sure people get better training when it comes to answering questions that they have no business answering. When someone sounds and appears confident in their answer, who am I to not believe them? If you have a windows computer, this keyboard should work great. For Mac users, look elsewhere unless you don't mind paying top dollar for features you can't use. I recently looked into custom keyboards. You can get a lot more bang for your buck with those.

Great gaming keyboard! Hearing the click of the buttons is so satisfying

Unstable performance. Often ghosting keystroke. iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii until you hit another key or same key again. like it's stuck but it's digital. the lighting is nice. the pad is comfy I'd rather have extra addressable keys then I would have the media controls on the upper right side as every software program has those controls built into the arrow keys or space bar etc.

Definitely a great addition to my gaming set up. Reaction time is excellent.

love the feel and the buttons and the back light, but you cant see the shift button characters.. you have to know where they are..

This keyboard was great... for about 10 months. Then keys starting repeating, or keystrokes would go unnoticed and there was odd random input lag. Razer themselves could not determine if the issue was hardware or software (their Synapse software is particularly terrible). I wish I could say this was a one off experience, but my previous Razer keyboard flatout died after only a year of use.

Cool lights on it. I use it everyday and it has never had any issues
