Defective

Went to type in "Battle.net" and the the T key stuck down hard. I'm not prying off a key on a brand new keyboard so we waited for it to pop back up 40 minutes later. I hope the replacement is better because it's a really nice set up

Back light no longer working

I looked up the blogs to see the root cause and was unable to fix it with the recommendations. I did contact Razer tech support, but no response yet.

Great when it worked

While the keyboard worked, it was great. Everything felt premium and the RGB was nice. Around October, the volume rocker started bugging out. If I tried to turn the volume up or down, it'd immediately register a counter and keep the volume at the same level. It sounds like a minuscule issue, but I found it unbearable for a ~$160 price tag. I personally use the volume rocker a lot since it is pretty annoying having to alt-tab and manually change the volume again, especially if you're in a firefight or trying to immerse yourself. Not to mention it started having issues 7-8 months after purchasing? Pretty ridiculous.
