It broke 2 weeks after I bought it. Keyboard presses random keys

I cant believe this gets so many good reviews. The keyboard feels a little bit cheap and the rattle is insane when typing especially the spacebar. The noise is also inconsistent between some keys. For instance pressing the Q may sound nothing like pressing the E or the R. My escape key had a horrible metallic squeak about half the time I pressed it.

Terrible idk why the keyboard stop working second day of having it

This is the 2nd keyboard I got with the same issue. Alt key on left side not working. Purchased the insurance for first one and second one. Plan on returning this item to store.

The keyboard itself is very nice and has a nice tactile feel, but the razer software is intrusive and was causing startup program issues on multiple machines.

It came late... I also only got purple switches instead of red ones, would definitely not recommend to anyone.

This was a great purchase, however, after two months of use it no longer works.

Ok product just wasn’t what my son was looking for as far as gaming. It was to big and bulky. Wouldn’t not recommend it if it’s used for gaming.

It's not a jet engine, it's a keyboard! out of the box this expensive thing is as finicky as a precision ocumalatomintor. Want support? Get ready for two-factor authentification, custom accounts, multiple programs, non-stop marketing, 5 minute videos on how to blow on the keyboard, and the dang thing will still miss key strokes. Redonulous.

Poor build quality. Feels very cheap as if it were $50. Not sure if it’s the switches but precisely trying to position yourself in game is extremely difficult because the slightest tap of the keys makes you move extremely far over. Even the keys feel very cheap and get stuck if you replace them with other standard keys. Go with the Glorious Gaming 60% keyboard instead as it is extremely high quality for the same price.

Didn't really want to purchase this it's just what was in stock was hoping to be surprised with a decent keyboard especially at that price but the entire thing just feels cheap. Switches sound absolutely terrible.

It came broken, the ESC keyswitch came snapped, the u, x, and . keys don’t work. The linear switches that do work feel nice though.

Product was fine but return policy is ridiculously atrocious. Like are you really not going to let me return it 2 days past the 2 week mark. Never doing business with best buy again.

Did not enjoy it. Was made of cheap material and edges were unsealed.

Major windows Issues, even Razer's website has 4 pages going back to Dec 20 with windows taking for ever to boot with keyboard plugged in. I spent 3 hrs on the phone with razer, their suggestion is for me to return it to best buy, which I will be doing and going with the Hyper X TKL, I will never buy another razer product again. Only giving 1 star cause of BB great return pollicy.

felt light with cheap keys, and very loud. It’s a very loud keyboard. And overpriced for size.

So I had the keyboard for 2 weeks the switches started going bad and jamming I’m very disappointed with my purchase

I bought this for my son's PC because of the positive reviews. It worked well for about a week and then started randomly "typing" nonsense characters when he wasn't even touching the keyboard. Come to find out, my son has 2 friends who've had exactly the same experience with this keyboard.

Removing keycaps to clean the keyboard and one of the stems simply snapped in half as i pulled. Razer says is customer negligence and won't honor their warranty.
