The keys have a great touch and the linear switches are very smooth. The response time is very fast. I can also use it to type at a pretty good clip. I have synced this with a Razer mouse and the custom light patterns are impressive.

I’ve always been used to more traditional and larger keyboards and have always been iffy about smaller keyboards but I noticed this keyboard on sale for Black Friday and I am so glad I purchased this keyboard it feels so nice and it looks very nice and clean and has given me more space on my setup. It was pretty easy getting used to a smaller keyboard only thing is that I’ve noticed some keys that aren’t on this keyboard that larger keyboards have like a numpad, certain characters, and arrow keys. It’s perfect for everyday use and for gaming but I’ve noticed for some games you might need to adjust the binds ( I’m looking at you Yakuza 0) Overall a solid keyboard and if it’s on sale a definite choice

I love the clicking on this keyboard and it has many settings for now you want the lights to flow. It has so much adjustable settings for a keyboard. That’s crazy and cool. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. It’s a bit smaller than a regular keyboard and that’s what I like about it. I like to keep things organized on my gaming pc setup and this is perfect!!!

I like to play FPS games on a lower sensitivity. I was running into my keyboard a lot when making quick turns... Even though it was a TKL Logitech keyboard. So I saw this 60% keyboard and decided to try it!
It is VERY small which is perfect for what I was needing. You miss out on a lot of keys but they are still present! You just have to use the Fn button to get to them!
The keys are very quiet. Which can be good or bad depending on if you like the clickity clackity or not.
They are however accurate and have a short travel distance!
I would definitely recommend this keyboard if you need more mouse pad space or have a small desk!

This is my first smaller scale keyboard. I was a little apprehensive going smaller but I understand the reasons now. The smaller size leaves a lot more room for mouse movement when gaming and it still has all of the confort and quality I could hope for in a keyboard. The button quality and switches are exactly what I wanted and the RGB is a great added feature.

Flawless 60% Keyboard from Razer

This Razer Huntsman Mini is exactly what a lot of us having been asking for. For some time now, I've watched the community provide immense feedback in terms of the type of keyboard we'd like to see as well as the features. I was a big fan of the original Razer Huntsman Elite and we finally have one of the best keyboards on the market, imho, in sixty percent form factor. It is astounding how much space I've freed up on my desk by switching to this huntsman mini. I didn't realize how much space a traditional ten key keyboard takes up over this. I'm surprised it's taken a major retail store manufacturer this long to come out with this form factor.
I keep trying to find flaws with this keyboard but I'm a bit hard pressed. It's higher quality than I would have expected from Razer. It's built like a tank. The bottom of the keyboard is constructed with a really high quality plastic with an aluminum top plate. There is no flex on the keyboard which is what lends to it feeling indestructible. We finally have stock double shot PBT keycaps. An ingenious feature of this board is the side printed secondary functions (see pics!). I found this incredibly convenient. While you're certainly not going to get get arrow or media keys with a 60% keyboard, these side printed keys provide with you the functionality of media keys, arrow keys, brightness control, and some page up/down keys by just holding down the function button. A nice touch that I really loved that Razer included here was that when you hold down the "fn" key, only the keys with secondary functions light up!!! (see pics)
In terms of the typing experience, I personally love Razer's purple clicky optical switches. I have for some time now. Key type will of course come down to preference but if you prefer tactile keys and you are a fan of the previous offerings of razer's purple optical switches, then you will love these even more. For some reason, these purples feel even more stable than on the Razer Elite that I've tried. I don't know if it's because of the double shot keys or if it's because of the type of lubricant that Razer used on each one of these keys but they feel rock solid. The keys are also a lot less noisy than the traditional optical clicky purples that I've tried in the past. I could only presume that it's from the type or application of lubricant that Razer used on this keyboard. Typing on this is a dream that you have to really just try for yourself. On that note, please bear in mind that if you are coming from a traditional ten-key or TKL keyboard, it will likely take a couple or a few days to adjust to this smaller size. The keys are ever so slightly closer together because of the form factor but definitely not to the point that your hands feel cramped (for reference I have medium to large hands).
The RGB lighting on this keyboard is bar none which I've already come to expect from Razer and their synapse software. They have great presets but you can also individually customize each key using Chroma Studio (listed under "Advanced Effects"). Do bear in mind though, that there is not a lot of light bleed from underneath the keycaps if that's the look you're going for.
In terms of cons it's tough to find any. However, there are two things that I can nit pick. The first is I've recently started to see some online keyboard companies with 60% keyboards start to include two USB-C connectors (one on the right of the keyboard and one on the left). This is a pretty neat feature as it allows you to connect the USB-C cable closest to the side on your desk where your PC is located. While the included braided USB-C cable is super high quality, the USB-C slot is located on the upper left of the keyboard only. The second minor gripe I have is that if you decide to purchase Razer's very own doubleshot PBT keycaps that are sold separately in different colors, they do not include the side printed secondary functions!!! So bear in mind that if you do switch out the keys, you will lose those side printed shortcuts. Other than that, this is a flawless execution. I've typed up this entire review on this keyboard and these keys make me not want to stop! If you've havent had the opportunity to use a Razer product in the past, this is one that I would highly urge that you give a chance!

Great value for price. Huge upgrade from bluetooth connection for my gaming rig. Beautiful RGB that syncs with other razer products. Very clicky. Just small enough to conserve desk space. Just big enough for my enormous meat hooks.

I've had this keyboard for a couple of months now and I've been loving it. I really like the switches, they're very quiet but you can still feel the click. They arent very sensitive. Small that will fit in a smaller desk and still look cool with the customizable lighting.

This keyboard is my favorite keyboard that I have ever used. I tried out the Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition and it was just too loud for my set up and my mic could pick up the keyboard very well. I went and bought this keyboard and love the fact that it is 60% layout, which gives me more space on my desk, but it still feels very good to type on the mechanical switches but is very quiet. The switches are just buttery smooth. The backlighting is also great and customizable in razer synapse. I also like the fact that the keycaps and PBT and are interchangeable with custom keycaps if you want to change up the look of the keyboard. The port it uses for power is USB-C which means you can also get a custom cord for the keyboard as well.

This is a fantastic little keyboard. Everybody is going for the minimal setup these days and you can't blame 'em because it looks so clean. The RGBs are really nice if you're into that. Fully customizable in the Razer Synapse app. I like to see what other people come up with in their lighting setups, which can easily be downloaded and imported to your own keyboard. I highly recommend choosing the linear switches if you don't like loud clicky clackies. The sound is so quiet and satisfying. I did end up returning mine only because I was missing having arrow keys and a numpad. I ended up getting the huntsman elite with linear switches. I will say the full size huntsman elite keys are noticeably louder, if you're trying to decide between the two. I'm honestly thinking about purchasing this little guy again to swap out from time to time. If you're already used to the 60% size, this thing sure is a winner. Catch it on sale and you won't regret it!

A fantastic mini solution for gamers & everyone!

One of the issues many of us gamers, especially those of us with multiple computers, have is that desk space is limited. Personally I run three computers on a v-shaped desk and desk space is pretty limited. So when I saw the new Razer Huntsman, a keyboard that is a high-quality and premium keyboard, but one that is about 60% of the size of a regular keyboard I knew that I wanted to give it a try. The fact that it had really cool RGB lighting was just the icing on the proverbial cake.
Taking the keyboard out of the case is really an experience because you don't really realize just how much smaller it is going to be until you open the small box and see it for yourself. It's amazing in both looks and size to look at. The next thing you notice is the quality braided wiring that it comes with. Replacing my old Logitech G800 keyboard was going to free up a lot more desk space than even I had realized. Of course setting it up was a breeze, I mean you basically plug it in. The RGB lighting defaults to rainbow cycling of colors and although I suppose there is likely Razer software you could install to change the lighting yourself I did not do so as I didn't feel the need to change the lighting on my secondary computer (I spend way too much time changing the lighting on my current computer!)
Typing on the keyboard did not take long at all to get used to. As a touch typist the F and J keys are marked and I was able to quickly and proficiently type very quickly immediately on this keyboard. It also had a real good click feel in relation to gaming, so you know exactly when you press the keyboard, which is, at least in my opinion, mandatory for a gaming keyboard to have. I was able to use the WASD setup to play several games without any issue and I felt almost as if I was using my regular Corsair Strafe RGB keyboard until of course I looked down and saw the actual small keyboard.
I think this is a great keyboard for gamers, but also anyone that wants to reclaim desk space and do so only with a high quality click-key keyboard that they will not miss a beat using in a game but also be able to use to type an email for work on. I'd highly recommend this keyboard for all you lan gamers out there as well since it's so small and so light but yet it is corded so you will not have any issue at all with lag. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I bought it in black friday so at the time it was a great deal for the price, I love using it and it sounds satisfying and it is very comfortable, i got used to not having arrow keys and instead use the functions. It is my favorite keyboard because it helped me get so many wins in Fortnite. It also looks lebeautiful in my setup

If you are interested in a decent 60% keyboard, this is for you. It is by far not the best choice at this price point, but it is a solid choice if you can find it at 40% off or more.
PROS:
- Great RGB
- Sound and performance is great
- Quality does not exactly feel premium, but it is solidly build, I didn't notice a lot of flex
- Cant go wrong with a 60% format
CONS:
- Razer software is not exactly the best, if possible, I would avoid installing it
- In my case, the space bar stabilizer had a really annoying, springy sound.
- Not how swappable unlike many other keyboards in the market at the same price point

For a mainstream, mass produced keyboard this is a really solid product. Razer Synapse isn't my favorite tool for customizing lighting and functions, but it does work fairly well. For a 60% this board hits all the marks I would want for being able to buy it from a big-box store. I ended up realizing that I couldn't live without the arrow keys, but if you're okay without them this is a really easy board to recommend.

Small handy keyboard with amazing mechanical keys. Customization is also amazing. Lights up keys depending on what's being used for the game.

I love this keyboard, very smooth and it’s the perfect size for me. The colors are very pretty as well and it automatically turns on, I have mines connected to my Xbox so it can be done. :)

I replaced an old cheap keyboard with this one. The purple switches work nice for typing and make it much nicer to type then a cheap keyboard. The software also allows you to customize the colors, but I turn it off after I set it up. You can also customize the keys. It is much smaller so if you have a small space, then this is nice. Since it is connected through USB-C, if you take it somewhere else and have a USB-C cable it will work there too.
Since this is a mini keyboard, it does mean you are missing keys. The F# keys are gone and the arrow plus number pad is gone. The size of the keys is standard, so the reduction is by having fewer keys, which is good so you don't need to get used to small keys. For gaming, if you use the F5 or F8 keys for saving/load you'll now need to do it a different way. For desktop the same for arrow keys. The nice thing though is that the Fn key actually adds these buttons back, and they are pretty intuitive (like FN + 5 is F5). Once you get used to using Fn it's almost the same as having a full-sized keyboard, but it does take some getting used to.
Overall, if you have a larger desk and need to use the keypad, F# keys, or arrow keys, you're probably better off getting a full-sized keyboard. On the other hand, if you're looking to use little space and still have a functional nice keyboard, then I would strongly recommend this.

Worth every penny! I love the mini. Super convenient to play games on instead of having to work your way through a full size keyboard. Customizable colors and light wave patterns!
