One of the main reasons why I purchased this ergonomic gaming chair is so then I would have support for my head but the headrest is simply too far back and I find myself staring at the wall behind my monitor if I bend my neck back to touch the headrest. Furthermore, the is about as hard as can be. Don't buy this one go for a different one.

    Very stiff and uncomfortable

I assembled it and tried it. Immediately I regret the decision. The seat sides of the bucket were poorly designed and very uncomfortable to sit on. I had to return it and switch back to my previous brand of high-back office chair. It is also super heavy to move back to bestbuy.

Not happy with this chair I bought it because it was on sale and had a bunch of good reviews. But I’m not impressed after having it for a week, the foam padding is extremely hard, the chair wheels might be defective or they’re just hard to roll and the back rest lever is at an awkward angle that isn’t very economic. Now I’m basically stuck with this over priced chair that’s a pain to return. I don’t recommend this chair.

    Bad chair

I’ve never sat on a firmer chair in my life. It has to be the hardest seat I’ve ever ungraciously sat on. I’m not even just talking smack like a Karen. Buy the chair and see for yourself. Ima huge fan of the razer enki so I thought this chair would be nice for my gf given the $400 price tag. Had to return it. Bought an ANDASEAT Kaiser 3 instead for the same price and it’s honestly a cushiony, yet sturdy masterpiece. It has so much utility even has adjustable lumbar support. This chair missed so hard. Although I’m aware it’s an Ergo chair, it was like I was sitting on softened wood. That’s how accurately I can describe it. I know different body types might appeal to different chairs but this one was too rough.

Bought my Razer chair about a week ago and my over all thought about the chair is ok and that is because on the leg area there is no room for a grown man who enjoys sitting with there legs open without the chairs hard front that digs into the bottom of the thighs everything else about the chair is awesome just not very comfortable in the front are of the seat. would recomend for a skinny gamer who sits with there legs closed for hours on end other wise this is not for the gamer who is above avaerage in weight and who enjoys sittingwide legged

The chair looks nice, but for long periods of time sitting in this chair isn’t comfortable. The seat is to narrow and stiff?

It's a good chair. If you need a chair for your desk you could do a lot worse. I'm 6'2" and it fits me well. Dig the lumbar support too.

Horrible, very uncomfortable gaming chair. No cushion whatsoever, no lumbar support, very heavy, hard to move around.
