The chair is good but I have the XL version as well and if you're paying this much for a chair you might as well get the XL as it adds more adjustment for the armrest and Lumbar support. I had to add an extra lumbar support to this chair to make it what I was used to.

At first i was worried about thr price of thr chair as I viewed others that were way less expensive. After purchasing i can say this was a great buy! You get the comfort for hours of work or gaming. The chair contoursy back perfectly and its just soft enough for me! 10/10 would recommend!

I bought this thinking it was just going to be another brand style only. I didn't realize how comfortable it was and it even reclines partially. I was presently surprised.

Great chair overall. Only downside if you ask me is the annoying squeaking noise it started making only a month after purchase. (Note: I’m 5’ 8” 190 lbs) Wasn’t hard to fix with some WD40 but I’m sure it will be an ongoing process to maintain.

Excellent office chair. Feels incredibly sturdy and is a bit on the firmer side, although not uncomfortable by any means. Lumbar support is ok but isn't great. Comes with a class IV gas tube which should support up to 300 lbs. and be very durable. I am 6'0 feet tall and 195 lbs.. If sitting straight up in the chair, the very top of the chair sits flush to the top of my head. On the highest lift setting, my feet dangle about 1 inch off the ground barefoot. If you want to rest your head, definitely recommend getting the pillow accessory.

Great gaming chair. Wish it could’ve came with a head pillow but otherwise solid chair! Also takes some time to assemble.

It was a hassle getting it into the car and I needed a lot of help from the staff. The comfort is great and the ergonomics meet my needs. Nothing really else to say. Thanks.

This is an awesome chair. Very comfortable and looks great. The only reason for the two stars rating is because the plastic trim where the lever is was not attached to the chair out of the box and the assembly instruction showed that it should have been. Upon closer inspection there was a huge crack in that plastic trim. I heard there was quality control issues with these chairs, but disappointed a got a defected one.
