Worked great for almost two years until it suddenly didn’t anymore. Bought another one because I legit love this thing so much. Get the protection plan though because it may not last two years.

Had issues with my laptop not related to this camera, so used it on a PC and it worked well. Mic works good for the price and the image came out clean and smooth. Only issue was using the Razer program on my computer but besides that no issues (minus my laptop not working with any webcam I have tried using)

The light works perfectly, camera quality is great for the price, and the settings in the app ROCK

I didn't want to spend a huge amount on a webcam but I also didn't want to cheap out on one too so it was between this one and the Logitech - C922 Pro Stream Webcam. I went with this one for 2 reasons, built in adjustable light and it had a higher pixel camera. It was slightly bigger than I was expecting but it's not an issue. The quality is pretty great; not the absolute best but also not crappy. The biggest thing I like about this is the adjustable light, you can change it between 0 - 100 and it gets pretty darn bright. I use it to chat with my mom/friends and the occasional stream.

i ordered this item, it just came in and looking at the packaging, and this is a good webcam, it is bright and it is nice and i do reconmend using it because it works well and is easy to set up, HOWEVER big disclaimer, razor advertises it at 1080p at 60 fps, all the websites ADVERTISE at 1080p however it is not 1080p HD, its 720p at 60 fps, please do not listen to the advertised quality it is not correct

It's a sharp camera. The settings help moderately. I would like a way to shut off the light when it is active.

Very bright, very cool 'rotating' dimness feature. It is Razer so the quality is top notch. Camera quality is great (when you know how cameras actually work aka they need LIGHT)

This webcam is a big step up in image quality versus the rather terrible cam in my M1 MacBook Pro. The ring light also works really well and is manually adjustable without the need for additional software. If you use this on a Mac and are having issues try hooking it up to a windows pc first and making sure it has the latest firmware. I did just that and haven’t had any issues.

Camera works great! Love the built in ring light. Works great with nvidia broadcast. Low light could be better when the light is off but its still pretty good.

Solid image quality and works perfectly right out of the box. Been using it to stream with OBS on my Mac and with the Twitch app on my Series X. The built in ring light is a great feature.

The image quality is fine, the ring light is gimmicky and doesn't really serve its purpose. The sensor isn't really strong enough to pick up the amount of light given off by the webcam. So strong 4 stars there. Better to get separate webcam and lighting solutions. Then only 6 months in, the base literally snaps off at the hinge. I suppose the camera is still working? Although I can't really rest it on top of my monitor anymore. So let's say 2 stars. Then Razer refuses to honor its year long warranty. I suppose the webcam splitting in two is "cosmetic"? @Razer: do better. oh and thanks to best buy for passing the buck to razer. Why should either of you take responsibility for the product that you produced and retailed.

The build quality on this WebCam was exceptional. The best I’ve seen. And the picture quality was also quite good. The problem was that their software only runs on windows, and I have a Mac. The WebCam still works on the Mac, but you can’t use any of the special features.

Worth it! I was debating on getting a webcam, but with the increase in online meetings my laptop webcam wasn't cutting it. Debated on tons of different ones at all the price points and decided to buy this one. If I was going to get one, might as well spend some $ and get one that has great video - and yup - this delivers. I wish it had a USB-C instead of USB-A but that's just one minor gripe I have with the device. I use it with an HP Omen and works with all of the apps I've used so far.

Good quality camera for the price, especially if you're starting out with a new set up.

It's well built, comfy, and easy to work. I had to google how to turn the ring light on (twist the outside of it) but other than that and the mount being a smaller size than I expected (my fault), everything about this has been fantastic. Quality is great, works well with OBS, good FOV and capture. Light's not too bright, it won't ream your eyes at two feet, but it's pure white which is good for capture.

Awesome camera and ring light in one package. Best 1080p camera for Razer and you can change the settings on your computer to make everything look awesome.

Just perfect! I'm not a streamer but have been in enough video calls with customers where it was just worth the upgrade. The light/brightness ring is pretty impressive. Naturally, the device gets hot when the light is at max. I'm sure the device can handle it but something to be aware of. Software for PC is okay, its nice to adjust the color/saturation, etc. I have heard from others that Macs can have some troubles but they get it to work nonetheless. All in all, if you're a streamer or if you're in a lot of video calls with customers depending on your line of work, its worth the premium.
