Good quality for the price, no complaints other than if you have a monitor with very little bezel on top it takes up some of the screen so sitting it on desk is more ideal.

I bought this for my mother - who is 80 years old, on Dialysis and should be social distancing. She needs to attend her philanthropic organization meetings and her book groups on zoom and had been doing so on her phone - which she did not like at all. I set it up for her on her desktop computer and she is able to operate it successfully herself without dragging me to her house repeatedly. WIN-WIN!!!

This product is not working as expected. I have just started using it now - against using it immediately hence late review. The camera works like a very old style throughput on the screen - it is no where comparable even to a lower end model from Logitech that I've been using. The resolution is so poor, it takes a lot of time to get sharpened from blur. Also, the light provided on the rim is totally useless. If there was a way to return this product, I'd do it - I have all the packaging.
