When I first bought this camera, I had no issues with it. Worked great other than some focus problems in the beginning. Once I had it setup though, was good. Then I moved into a new house, new room, new setup. I don't know if it is the different lighting, the bigger room or what. But now I cannot get it to focus and it stays very dark. I have tried lighting the room well and the opposite to no luck. Now it just sits on my monitor never getting use. If I were to do it again, I would have spent a little more and went with something else.

I like it. It is low key and bright with the light. color and clarity is decent. not bad.

Purchased this product in January of 2020. Worked, more or less, like advertised, with sharp imaging, relatively wobbly autofocus, but reliable throughput. Over the past 2 months, each driver update makes the product unusable. Auto-focusing has stopped working - image is blurry and frozen. Tried to change to manual focusing, but the camera does not respond - it is locked and will not change from a useless, blurry view. Technical support is absolutely unresponsive, insisting on toggling over to manual mode, which DOES NOT work. Will just throw this in the garbage and move on to Logitech. I've learned my lesson!

I love this stream cam so much. I have used mine for the past year so I bought 2 of these for some family members aswell. Highly recommend

The light is take a bit to get use to, but once light & camera is adjusted, it works good

Got it on sale for $50. For that price it is pretty unbeatable. When paired with Nvidia broadcast it’s a very useful webcam for zoom and discord. Occasionally appears on discord with a lower resolution but doesn’t seem too bad. Works well in OBS as well
