It did not want to connect to any PC I owned. Tried it with a friends PC, and it still wouldn't connect. I downloaded the app, but it was just taking up space on my PC even after I returned it.

After only owning this thing for 2 years, the lights flickered in the middle of a video call and it started making a buzzing noise. It no longer works. It was used a few times a month. This thing is garbage, look up reviews that say this will happen after a very specific amount of time.

Nice camera , very bright led light. The one complaint would be the auto focus but it does pretty well

Title says it all. When the canera works, it was wonderful. Quit working after 2 weeks. Razer support was professional and friendly over the phone, but here we are over a week later and the RMA process has been nothing but a nightmare. Hopefully I get a new one or a refund, I don’t know.

Broke within a couple months so wouldn’t recommend. Not sure if it’s a one off issue but isn’t recognized by any pc anymore.

It turns out you will need a tripod for this light. It probably said this nut I missed it.

This is one of the most dismal failures of photo technology I've ever seen, used, or troubleshot, in my entire life. Or only does it flicker, nonstop. Low gain, high gain, low light, well lit, ring lit, any settings at all... 1080/30, 720/60... It's grainy, it won't save settings, and even with a full setup of studio lighting... It just cannot get the quality it says it does. We can quibble about what settings are best,or whatever. But I've used cameras before. And this is garbaaaaaaage. I will be spending ANOTHER 24 hours trying to get it to get halfway to what was advertised... And after that. Expect a return. Because holy S---... This is not something you sell to customers. You know better. Give me a break.

It is a descent web cam. You have to really play with the settings to get the lighting right. It was a bit difficult at first, but it works ok.

This camera seems to be plagued by driver and software inefficiencies. After the latest firmware update auto exposure and auto focus plague nightmares on the device leading to poor video quality in most applications. Also the Razer software doesn't play nicely with systems like Zoom and it's almost impossible to get anything from looking washed out. With the autofocus on it never seems to settle and is always fighting to focus on the subject.

Great camera, but the software to control is buggy and lacks many features. Had to use OBS to be able to change the fps.

I had this camera for no longer than a month. It went out on me, I got it for class. For assignments. One day I was doing an assignment, when I saw it buzz out and the ring light started flickering with a buzzing noise. I then tried it on my laptop and did the same thing. I corrected all the drivers on my computer and laptop, still didn't fix it. I then realized I couldn't return it because I just went over the return date. It was a waste of money. I love Razer products but this one just left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up getting a Logitech C920.

Okay camera with okay software. Controls on razer synapse is good as long as you can get the software to work.

Overall a good camera, but when i use it, it does not look like other 1080p cameras. Compared to my friends cameras, this one looks like an android on snapchat. The ring light should also be able to be dimmed a lot more. If you have the ring light on and the camera is in your field of vision, you will be blinded. Other than that the design is very nice.

Absolutely great until it died. Bought it in May and it no longer works. Seems like a rather short lifespan.

Negative stars. Absolute garbage. Randomly disconnects constantly and connection flickers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Razer software, updated drivers, and done every fix I can find online and still cannot reliably get this to work

Unfortunately doesn’t work with Apple products. But I love the concept and design.

It's an okay webcame, but not the best quality and mount.

Not only did it break but Best Buy declined to take it back. Razer has the worst customer service and refused to refund it and only allowed for an exchange, saying that it had not been bought from them directly. Best Buy of course had nothing to say about that. Will never buy Razer products and will never shop at Best Buy ever again. Why stock products that break and then refuse to back them up?

Anything Razer that isnt a headset, keyboard, or mouse, sucks. especially this camera and their microphone (seiren) The Kiyo isnt terrible but logitech has much better cameras. Razers software is compatible with Hue lights so that is the only reason you should think about this camera, but still, no.

Camera blurs in and out on my video calls. Light does not have much effect.
