Do yourself a favor and go buy the Logitech C922. I went back and forth on whether to get the Razer or the Logitech. Went with Razer and almost immediately started having an issue where the camera would not focus. I tried everything from restarting, re-installing, trying on different computers, the works. So I started the RMA. Now I sit one month later with no webcam, out $100, and stuck streaming and having zoom meetings with no video. Razer claimed in an email to have processed my replacement unit 3 weeks ago. They say that they are waiting for a replacement unit from Hong Kong. I’m not sure I understand why we are waiting for it to arrive from Hong Kong when new units are everywhere. I had to send them an email because it’s been 6 days since last contact and I have no tracking information for a replacement. I also sit here with a Razer Mouse, Razer Keyboard, Razer Speakers and Razer Headset/Stand shaking in my boots that I ever have to send any of them in for an RMA. Guess I’ll have better luck throwing it in the garbage and buying a different brand. TL;DR - Customer Service and Camera are not good, look elsewhere for a webcam.

Picture quality on par with competitors but ring lighting was a bit distracting

Has really been better then my laptop cam and love the versatility. The microphone is pretty good as well.

this web cam is fabulous. I went from a low resolution fuzzy image camera to vastly improved image clarity.

Does not support mac os yer it is a good cam to buy

Camera works perfectly with my system and the light is useful for when I need a bit more light.

The video quality, light quality, ease of use, and software it comes with is good (not great). However, the microphone quality on this webcam is garbage. I put my old $30 Logitech webcam right next to this one and compared the microphones, and the Logitech one is significantly better. The Razer's microphone is very quiet. At normal talking level I get an input level of 15%. So, I sound very quiet to others. The microphone is also very stuffy sounding and not clear at all. Since I don't want to spend more more money, I now have to have both this Razer webcam and my old Logitech webcam hooked up so I can use the Razer for video and the Logitech for audio.

The picture is crystal clear and the lighting works great. Heavy base so it doesn't tip or lean

Camera easy to set up out of the box. Only complaint is the wire isn’t removable but not a huge deal.

Great product, but difficult to install on curved monitors, and the hinge on it doesn’t bend down far enough to capture nothing but my head
