After spending an entire day trying to figure out why my webcam is not working I find out that even though it “works” with xbox it’s not supported by xbox.

would not stream 1080p at 60fps. Had to drop to 720p. Update of driver required registry editing. Returned for Logitech streamcam plus. Very happy with it

Poor video quality. Fish eye effect when angled down. My LapTop front facing 5mp camera did much better.

Very user-friendly and intuitive to use, easy set up to computer or laptop and tripod. Quality resolution, love the auto focus and moving sensor for teaching workshops and wellness classes online.

Once I get my stream setup, this camera is the camera that I will be getting because the camera quality is great and inexpensive.

This camera delivers stunning video. My son convinced me to buy it, despite having my mind set on a Logitech Webcam. He was correct in wabting me to purchase this one instead. He's extremely happy with it.

I got this web cam because my computers one is bad. This web cam has amazing quality and does well in low light. It has great customizeable settings. People always ask me if im using a professional camera.

The Razer Kiyo Pro has been a wonderful addition to my PC set up allowing me to seamlessly add video to streams or calls to catch up with teams. The light has been a godsend as it has been able to add just the right amount of light in the right places to make it so others can actually see me. Razer software can be a bit iffy sometimes but that is not the products specific fault.

The Razer Kiyo Pro is trash. After only a handful of uses, my Kiyo began to have issues focusing. This is a well known issue. Firmware and driver updates don't fix it. Changing settings in Synapse does nothing. Since I'm outside the 12 month warranty window, Razer refuses to replace it. I'm not a streamer. I doubt I got 50 hours of use before it failed. You might as well throw $200 in the trash, because that's where this webcam is going.

Easy to mount on top of my monitor. I found settings that I like and am sticking with them. No complaints from others about the mic.

Great camera for the price. The stand could be better

This camera is ok, you really have to tweak it a whole lot before even trying to use it on stream. This camera was so inconsistent, maybe I got a bad camera, but I have to change ports every time I want to use it. Keep looking, there's a better webcam out there.

received a defective camera unfortunately. hoping to try again but won't let me do a full exchange via website.
