This is my second Razer Kiyo Pro purchase. It works great which is why a second for another user at a great sale price. The problem came AFTER I bought the second that I found that Razer support fully ends at warranty for this product. My older camera still works great, but I found that there was a recommended firmware update available. Firmware updates are typically needed to support new features and operating system changes like Windows 11. Since my first camera is older than 1 year when attempting to update the firmware the utility says to contact support. Support is not available since the product is out of warranty. This means no firmware updates for the device. Search the forums, many complaints about this and the lack of any response from Razer. The product works great, and is a great device if purchased on sale. Just be aware of support limitations.

Great camera for starting a stream, easy to set up and modify

Looks great easy to hook up and the 1080p 60hz is nice

The picture is 5 start quality. The MAC support is not. Totally my fault for not reading about it. I assumed in 2022 every webcam is MAC compatible.

Hangs a lot when used with zoom. Focus is not so good.

This webcam is a great improvement over what I had before. I have a very light complexion and a bright window in my room, and my old webcam seemed to always make my face white as a ghost, no matter what I tried to do with the lighting. This one gives much more natural and rich colors all around. It also has different options for how wide of an angle you want to show. Everyone says it looks really crisp and clear. The built in mic is also noticeably better than on my old webcam. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this camera for streaming and the quality is so good for i'ts price.

We were looking to improve the clarity of the picture and we were not disappointed.

Color balance is difficult to control. Image good but not great.

Best webcam I've owned. Images are clear and videos uploaded are in excellent quality. Better quality than logitech at a cheaper price.

Probably one of the best webcams I’ve ever had, the low light performance is amazing.

Great camera. upgrade compared to the regular kiyo. No ring light but the low light sensor is good. Peep the quality on my twitch Fabidavis

Easy to setup, the picture was nice and it stays where I put it.

This is a great camera for streaming, video calls/FaceTime. Very easy to use and setup, no need to install annoying software or apps, just plug and play. Good range, mic works well, and works as expected. It comes with a removable lens cover for privacy and cord lenght is decent with overall great quality.
