For the price we expected far more! Sound quality is meh, mic quality is horrible!, Didn’t work with software it claims to (razer chroma). They are comfortable and look cute (according to my daughter). Other reviewers have said that they got better sound quality from a $25 pair.

Great headset, got it for my wife to replace her wired pink Ryzer headset. She can keep her headset on and tend to anything she wants around the house as the Bluetooth receiver has a pretty long range. Definitely worth the money, and even better, its Hello Kitty.

Got this headset for my girlfriend since she loves hello kitty, I got it for the ps5 even though it’s the wireless pc version( was able to use it on the pa5 with a Bluetooth controller adapter) and she loves it! Has great sound, super loud and noise canceling, don’t see a better one on the market for a hello kitty fan! As always Best Buy made it super easy to buy online and pick up!

kinda loose and i have a big head, the cuffs change color pretty instantly and i have other headphones that are white that are fine

These headphones are great for teens. My daughter had the original version of these headphones for about 4 years until they finally broke. I ordered her these and they are just as good and I expect them to last just as long. Highly recommended.

The headphones fit comfortably on my ears. The sound that comes through them is very clear. And the mic on them works greats. My friends can hear me loud and clear on the game.

My daughter loves these headphones! They have a really nice aesthetic and are comfortable. Most importantly, while there are a lot of Bluetooth devices on the market, some connect and function more seamlessly than others and I would put this pair of hello kitty headsets right at the top. Connection was instant and easy.

Im am seriously appalled at this unusable product. The sound is distorted and unusable if the mic is in use, which obviously, it would be for gaming. Bluetooth is not appropriate for a product like this. They should have at least provided an option for wired use to salvage any fuctionality. Its giving hello kitty cash grab. Also feels sexist to drop such a low quality product for the hello kitty fan base and expect us to be happy with a product that provides nothing more than a cute aesthetic. I feel disrespected.

It's cute but the volume is low and the quality is okay. I also wish it came with a bluetooth USB to connect to a PS4/controller.

Connect and work great, light weight and still comfortable after long periods of use.

POORLY MADE HEADSET I know I am not the only one who has this problem: Bluetooth with a PC on this headset is horribly choppy. It is very choppy and the sound and microphone quality is trash. I know for a fact that I have the correct drivers. Spent hours searching online forums just to find that these headphones are a lemon. Save your money, if you want BT get a different pair or just go for some turtle beaches. Disappointing Razer.

My girlfriend got these because she thought they were cute, turns out, she didn’t like how they looked on her, never plugged them in so she doesn’t even know if the sound was good lol, 3 stars cause she said they weren’t comfortable.

These cute headphones pair easily with my laptop. The setup was easy and fast. The audio is good quality and comfortable to wear. I'm still trying to figure out how to block out background noise during Zoom meetings. It also charges fast!
