Shipping speed was extremely fast after I made my purchase. The quality and make of this headset is solid and I bought it at a sale price. The audio quality is great overall (gaming, listening to music) and the customization option for the light colors are fun even if you don't stream. It was a nice surprise to see it automatically change colors when I played Overwatch. I have the Kitty Bluetooth version and the bass isn't as great as these wired ones so personally I prefer these as an actual gaming headset.

First off, I am a guy who loves the color pink. These headphones are perfect, I even have the matching stand and Razer Keyboard to go with them. The sound quality is pretty darn good, you just have to go into the EQ and tune it to your liking. I don't use the bass boost as it sounds too artificial, but the microphone and surround emulation are freaking amazing. 10/10 would buy again.

I‘ve been dying for the Kraken pink gaming set since I purchased a gaming computer, and was so happy to see it become the deal of the day in time for my birthday! Of course I originally wanted it because it’s cute, but I was wow’ed when I first tried them on. The noise canceling was a solution I didn’t know I needed for my boyfriend’s loud talking while working from home. I haven’t used the mic yet since I am a solo-gamer, but I love that it can be hidden since I don’t use it.

This was purchased for my 15-yo niece and she absolutely loves them. She told me that they sound great and look SUPER cute.

I always felt like I was shouting on video calls, so I decided to upgrade my headphone and microphone situation. The headset works great and I love that you can pull the microphone out when you need it and put it back when you don’t. The light changes in the headset aren’t supported for Apple computers. Also, this headset uses a USB 2.0 connector instead of the newer thunderbolt connector, so you might need an adapter to use it. Overall, very happy with this product.

Sound quality is good for me. I enjoy the kitty ears with its changing lights. Soft on the ears, not heavy.

Got these for my daughter for 2nd-grade zoom meetings by day and hardcore gaming by night. She is the star of her online classroom with these stylish pink light-up kitty ear headphones. The noise-canceling is great and she can be in class and ignore all the distractions around her. For gaming, they have excellent surround sound and a deep rich sound spectrum. Of course, they come at a hefty price but the quality is top-notch. She is very happy with them and so is her daddy.

Cord is rough and heavy so every time you move it rubs your shoulder and people hear it through the mic. The mic.... No matter how I adjust it keeps clipping speech. I had two different gamer friends try and do the settings and even they couldn't fix it. The headset is extremely heavy compared to other headsets the same size. Sound was good... The ears light up and can be changed. The headset needs to be cordless. The software keeps erroring no matter what, so I can't take advantage of the full perks of the headset. I run windows 10. My son got the same error issues on his... Does anybody test this stuff before selling it?

the sound is nice, the headphones are a little heavy but that's not a problem for me. I love it, I enjoy them so much
