Been using it to play Borderlands via Steam and it hasn't failed me yet. Mic and headset have produced good sound so far. No real complaints. Also, it's comfy.

Good fit and sound. Retractable microphone and unique "wheel" volume control in cable work well. I am concerned about the thickness of the audio and microphone cables, as they are very thin. Would have preferred they be much thicker or braided.

Was looking for a durable pair of headphones that can handle my daily streaming. Amazing headphones with crisp sound. Strongly recommended!

These headphones, which are for the computer work with the PlayStation 4 as well. They are very comfortable and the sound quality of hearing others as well as talking is very good.

Sound Quality good. Can tuck the microphone out of the way when it is not needed. Can use for both computer and x box.

Pros: Good build quality, innovative retractable mic, easy to use inline controls. Cons: Audio quality, comfort. I purchased these on sale at my local brick and mortar store in the hopes that I could get an inexpensive headset for multiplayer gaming. Known Razers reputation I decided to purchase these along side a competitors product the HyperX Cloud Revolvers. I found the Kraken's to be extremely uncomfortable to wear. After no more than 15 minutes of wearing them on my average sized head I began to experience a vice like sensation that would remain with me for several minutes even after removing the headphones. I've read reports online of people stretching them apart for some time in order to reduce their clamping effects and I likely would have considered doing that if it wasn't for the audio quality. Audio was tested directly from the PC's Creative Labs Z sound card as well as an iPhone. Both delivered muddy audio despite attempts to correct for it using the sound cards EQ. The audio sounded very muffled and almost as if I was listening to it through some foam or a thin pillow. At this point in my testing I removed the headphones and returned them to best buy without testing the mic as I had no intentions of keeping them.

Bought headphones for my grandson during a road trip to watch movies on the portable DVD player. I tried them on for comfort and sound quality and for the price I gave them a thumbs up.

I Love the Razer Brand; Flashy and certainly stands out. i bought 2 of these headsets with the intent of playing WoW and other games on my computer with my Fiancee, and theyre a wonderful pair when palying games, has a bold sound, makes the experience complete. however, when trying to listen to music while doing housework or taking a walk, i have to say its not the best sound, has somewhat of a feel like youre listening through a muffled tube. for what they are however, i love them and id reccomend them.

I really do like this headset. In general I've never really liked the idea of headsets because the leatherette tends to make my skin sweat around the ears and my head can feel squeezed even after 10 mins, however these have good audio, good voice, they come with a splitter/extension cable, and overall they are pretty good quality. I do get into some endurance gaming sessions occasionally and the band does get a little uncomfortable, but that can easily be fixed by adjusting the headset or taking a break (which I probably should be doing anyways).

The Razer - Kraken Pro Analog Gaming Headset has superior features including complete sound isolation and noise cancellation. They completely block out outside noise and are so comfortable. Other headsets give me headaches after a couple hours of use. Excellent gaming experience.

I got a big head and I'm used to them breaking but not this one. The plastic is strong, comfortable and the sound is 10/10

The sound quality on this headset is amazing. I play a lot of first person shooters, and lately, battle royale games like Apex Legends, so it's crucial to be able to hear enemy footsteps. This headset definitely delivers. The mic quality is superb and easily the best I've ever used. The only downside is that this headset does hurt my head when I wear it for two hours or more. It's unbearable.

I got this for my son for the computer he loves the comfort of the set the microphone is retractable which is great for freedom around your mouth

Bought for my son's video game obsession...he loves the fit feel and color...not to mention the great SOUND!
