Awesome sound .. Use them really for music only Buy

Sound quality amazing hands down. I had to return as the ear cup size was drastically smaller than the original Kraken. Other than that - came with bonus software for surround sound from Razor!

It's green. I actually bought this for my grandkids to use when they visit. One grandson really likes green, so at least one will like it. It works well, and has a nice long cord. It was on sale, so I'm not expecting a lot from it.

1st pair broke after >1yr but my son loves them so we bought a new pair. Not sure why the first ones brought, wear/tear? Seems like they should have lasted longer than a year but he really liked them so much I was fine buying another pair for the price.

I loved the color on these headphones, and the ability to connect them to my phone. But while gaming and using Skype or TS the other players were able to hear every thing out of my headphones.

I'm not sure if my son is really rough with his gaming equipment or I just havnt bought a headset of this quality before. Regardless , Best Buy you proved your policies over and over again.Thankyou so much from the most wonderful staff to your welcoming establishment

My first impressions on the looks of this headset were good. I like green and black color scheme. The comfort is amazing. But then you plug them in and actually use them, the sound is very disappointing. It is way too bass heavy and the highs are almost inaudible. I think it's the earcups that do this to the audio because it you lift them off of your ears like an inch away they sound good. My advice to you is to use an eq and then they sound half-way decent or don't spend the $80 that they are appraised for and get a different headset.

Overall, I love it, it was a birthday gift to my mom, so she couldn't be happier with it. I think Best Buy has great deals overall and it's usually my top 1 store for electronics.

My issues with this headset are durability related. They were comfortable, and the mic worked great, but the plastic wasn't very durable.

This was a replacement for a previous Razer Gaming headset bought in February. The first one didn't last long, the microphone stopped working. Lets hope the replacement works better.

Microphone got easily broken after a few months and but the speakers are very good good for gaming I love it thank you

its a decent product for the price. but definitely not my first choice but will do for now.

"They are good. I like them. And they are green". From my point of view, they lasted longer than expected, and when circumstances happened that we needed new ones, we bought the same one again.

I bought my kid the headphones and he loves them. I used the last of my points. I don't plan to buy anything more at Best Buy and this a consumer that averaged 10-12k in purchases a year. I had a big issue with an IPhone sale and no one in the store or customer Svc line would help me. When I called, my call was hung up in after waiting 40 minutes for someone to answer!!!! Never more with reward points and will always be looking for alternatives to Best Buy to buy my electronics.

A good item, have bought a couple of these, but like anything wear and tear happens from useage, recommend you purchase the best buy warranty.

This headset is a great value for the money, we have had more expensive headsets but the performance of this headset was just as good or better.

I bought these for my son as the headphones I got him for Christmas weren't compatible with a PC. He is a big gamer so they get used consistently & he says they work great.

I was expecting this product to be amazing but there was almost no high end. I love my bass, don't get me wrong, but when it comes to gaming, high and low end are required. My turtle beach p11s worked a lot better than these and were only half the price. On a side note, I know these are for pc gaming but an in line voice and game volume would be great if they were to be added in.

This Razer is amazing for the price. Plug and play and your ready to go. Great noise reduction( I cannot hear my wife when she needs something)

My son loves his headset. He uses it all the time to listen to videos on the phone or play games on his PS4. This was an awesome purchase. I recommend this item.
