These headphones are a GREAT addition to my computer and MP3 Player. It has unbelievable frequency response from deep lows to crisp and clean highs they were awesome. The only thing I would suggest it that the ear cups could be a bit larger for those of us with bigger heads and ears. Otherwise they could not be beat. I would give them 5 stars with the size being the only drawback.

These headphones are pretty comfortable to wear, but I feel as though the default volume mixer is what really hurts them, and my ears. They have too much bass, which can't be adjusted. I like the retractable mic and it delivers nice clear audio. And the cloth braided cords is a nice touch.

This headset is being used for gaming. We've used multiple brands of headsets over the years and like many other Razer gaming products. This Razer Kraken Pro V2 has been one of our least favorites. The audio is mediocre and the headphone speakers/pads are not the right shape and size. They need to be larger. Other brands that are oval shaped and larger work better and are more comfortable. The mic is adequate. The black and green colors are very vibrant and stand out. It's nice that the headset comes with a cord extender/splitter. If the ear pads/speakers were larger and more comfortable we'd give it 4 stars. Add better audio and we'd give it 5.

These are average headphones at best and lack the key value added features normally found in headsets in this price range. The cord is not detachable at the headset, the ear cushions are not replaceable and the ear pieces only move up/down and don't pivot front to back. They are pass through headphones which is fine as long as you understand that people around you can clearly hear what you hear. The retractable microphone is a nice touch, but again it's not replaceable. The sound quality is average. There are far better options in this price range.

This head set is pretty good. Good sound tone and rich bass. You might have to go into your equalizer setting to balance it out. This is not noise cancelling headset just to let you know.

When I first saw these and unboxed them let me just say it is visually pleasing. The color is vibrant, the over the ear feel is really big so you feel like your ears are fully covered and emeresed in the sound . Which for me is important because I hate feeling like my ears don't fit comfortably in the headset like others have ( and my ears aren't even large) so far so good. The cord is flimsly looking it's made out of shoestring like material on the outside which I found..... Interesting.... Then I get in a party and start gaming and I keep hearing it go out and break up ever so often... So I thought maybe someone was muting the party or the game was glitchy ... Nope! The headphones cut out ever so often and I thought it was something I could get passed but I couldnt it was very annoying... And no one heard the sound or breakup but me o even put my old headphones back on and the problem stopped. Although the sound is decent it looks nice it's big that interference alone I couldn't get past... Having to have people repeat themselves for me is not gonna work... I really wanted to like these headphones but no.. And there also isn't a collapsible option which is unfortunate for me.

My 14 year old son picked these headphones out to spend the Christmas money from grandma and grandpa. So I pulled them up on my PC and saw there were only a few left at our local BB. But on this site, I could go ahead and use PayPal (he signed the check over to me, LOL). Completed the purchase with a few clicks. When we got to the store, there was a huge check out line. The employee stationed at the door, to help people (and stop attempted theft.) pointed me to the other line. The store pick-up line! One person ahead of me. And there were the headphones. Just be sure to bring your I.D. I didn't print out my order, but she pulled it up with my phone number after she checked my driver license. And my son says they sound great! These are Great headphones for gaming! Comfortable for long use and the mic is retractable and flexible so it fits every need. Plus, I got the xbox green accented ones to go with the xbox my kids recently bought me. No downside at all. Just great gaming headphones.

I was looking for a headset to use on both an Xbox One, PC and PS4. After having bad luck with other headsets (Astro A10, TB 600/700) I decided to try Razer since I like their game pads and mice. I was not disappointed and this headset sounded great on my Xbox One with dolby atmos enabled. I will say the volume was a little low when not using the headset adapter. The bass is a little on the low side but overall they sound great.

Excellent and clear audio, closed ear design helps to block out keyboard click's. Microphone is ok but the reason I can't recommend this product is due to the desktop sound feedback. I bought these for my blind friend to use and tonight got him in on a voice chat on a videogame over at my house. There was a faint and constant feedback of his desktop sound, IE: his screen reader. I swapped headset's with him and tested it on my rig which has premium onboard audio and same thing, my friend could hear my music if I turned it up, not an issue on my Sennheiser's. I do have to give them credit on an excellent music experience though, it's the only real first hand experience I have with them.

I found this headset to be great for a casual gamer. It has great crisp sound and for the price its a good buy. Although I was very upset when I found out the mic echoed in my xbox one party when the headset was at a high volume (which I tend to play at). This can be fixed by turning down your mic volume but it's very frustrating to do so when you want to hear everything around you in a shooter game.

At first it may seem good. Great, even. This headset provides a good sound, a comfortable fit and, a decent microphone for a good price. BUT here's the issue, I've bought both the first generation and this, the second one, of the kraken headset. After having both for about a year(not even on this pair) the microphone stops working. Im guessing it has to do with the mute switch. As I play on console and PC I'm using the mute on the headset more than in an application(i.e. discord/skype). After switching the mute switch over 500 times(it's probably more than that even) it seems it cuts off communication from the microphone to the audio output. I hear the myself in the headset's built in echo, but no sound comes out. If you want a headset that will last 1 year, then go for this. Otherwise try a different brand.

The sound quality is good but the microphone is trash. All you can hear from it is just static.

The ear cups looked small but I gave them a shot, its been maybe 30 minutes into gaming and my ears are killing me. sound quality is not that great for gaming. music sounds great but when you purchase a gaming headset you expect something better than this. My first razer product I wouldn't say last, but definitely my last razer headset. going return tomorrow
