The Razor Kraken headphones have excellent sound and are great for gaming. Comfortable to wear too!

The headset is extremely comfortable. And is easy to set up on PC. You need the Razer app to control the surround sound and other mic features. My only issue was the quality of the mic. My friends complained of not being able to hear me well at first. It seems the mic only works well if you turn the sensitivity all the way up. Other than that I love the headset

Issues with setup with USB port but great comfort and sound.

I work from home and do a little bit of gaming so this headset works great! I love the software that comes with it and how I can customize the EQ for incoming audio and also adjust my voice sound as well! I've never had any issues with anyone hearing me clearly on my calls! The headset does get a bit warm around the ears at times but not too bad most of the time. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this headset!

Second set we buy. The 1st one was so good. Clear audio and comfy.

Great for gaming use every day great sound and the retractable mic is awesome .

Sound is great, nice and loud for my taste. Though the THX feature only works on pc, and on ps4 sometimes I have to reconnect usb if I accidentally hit the THX button because it'll cutout sound. Didn't mind the problem since I have a PC to use it on. I ended up also buying the Ultimate set for PS4 which is awesome!

They have brilliant sound quality and are comfortable to wear.

I have really enjoyed this headset so much I bought my husband one as well and he loves it. Razor has always built wonderful products. I have never had a problem. The sound quality is wonderful and I can use this headset not only for gaming on Xbox but also on pc and PlayStation. I have also been enjoying listening to my music with it as well and watching movies. The surround sound feature to it works very well.

great headset love it, good quality sound and good base

One of my favorite and best headsets and I’ve had this since August 2020 and still perfect condition And works perfectly I love how long the wire is and and how amazing the sound quality is during gaming sessions and when I’m listening to music or doing both but it is amazing for the price and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new headset or to replace one.

So nice it can be used on both console and PC the only thing that I had an issue with was trying to fluctuate between the sound of my friends on the mic and the sound of the game coming through my headphones. It's way easier to use it for the PC due to the fact that I can download the Razer apps that go with it. The council however can be a little tricky.

Used for very long time razer headsets are great. Don't like synapse but thx is nice

Had Astros before and these are really comfortable and sound better than the Astros I had for 4 years.

I have to say, this headset is great. You HAVE to install the drivers so you can use it to it’s potential. I can use it for hours without having have any discomfort. I did have 1 problem with the audio the mic and the audio cutting out once, I just reinstalled the drivers and the synapse software and it fixed it right away.
