Good news first, the sound on this is awesome. Can't complain about that. It feels comfortable around my ears and is fine with that. That is the only good news. The bad news is the mic. I don't know if it was only my specific headphones, but the mic is horrible. It does a GREAT job in screaming when I breath but is silent when I talk. No matter where I position the mic, or what settings I change it to, it doesn't work. I put it right in front of my mouth and talk with 100% sound and sensitivity but it doesn't work. When it does work, it constantly cuts out and goes quiet. Very annoying to try to talk to people when the mic doesn't work and is either constantly cutting out or is really quiet.

This is one of the best headsets out there. When your a fan of razer products such as myself, you will love this headset. Its comfortable, good mic quality and very nice sound.

This headset was the first one I got when I just got my PC... At first, the headset worked pretty well but wasn't the best. If you're going to end up buying this product I'd advise you to definitely get warranty because in the last year I've had to replace this multiple times. It's either the mic starts acting strange or it starts making this loud static noise every hour... I thought it was my USB port since I replaced it many times so I decided to end up getting the Steelseries Artic 5s and it worked perfectly with NO issues. Plus, the Razer Kraken isn't an OVER THE EAR headset so it will hurt your ears if you're a hardcore gamer like I am but like I said this is an okay starter mic but I'm pretty sure you can find something way better for less money just saying.

These phones work really well. Just plug and play easy....pretty comfy too!

This headset has Amazing audio which is really only half what you would want from a headset. The Microphone is just absolutely terrible compared to almost any other headset I have ever owned.

At first I LOVED them but the right ear piece I noticed was bending I looked and there was a huge crack in them. I fixed it with duck tape

I am a big fan of the Kraken headsets, but the USB version is just not as good.

So I bought this product on the 3/10/17 worked perfectly fine. Then today a heard a small cracking sound coming from my headset thought was part of the game. An hour later after I take it off I noticed the right ear piece was breaking. I thought they would last more than 2 months and 5 days since it was named brand item. But I don't recommend these headphone if your into long term gaming.

The audio quality is absolutely terrible! You can get a HyperX Stinger for $50 and it is much better than this trash. It is also extremely uncomfortable to wear.
