My son absolutely loves his new headset and the sound is amazing too! Great product but a little pricey. Worth the money though and would recommend this product to anyone!

A very convenient wireless headset. The ear pads are plush and easily removable and you can rotate them easily to find the perfect spot for your ears. The sound quality is phenomenal once you tweak everything within Synapse. The haptic feedback to me is kind of a gimmick and some might enjoy it, but I never use it. The microphone is detachable and is of good quality. The battery life is VERY good assuming you dont use the haptic feedback or lighting. I easily get a week of play for multiple hours a day. The best part is the charging to battery life ratio. I usually charge them for 3 hours per week and that is wonderful for those concerned about buying wireless headphones. The buttons are in good spots on the headset and are easy to use. Overall these are the best headphones I have had!

Excellent quality with a good customer support. after three year I got a new one from Razer because I got minor problem with it.

Can’t beat getting 199.00 headphones for 105.00. I love the Razer brand hands down. They are comfortable light weight block out noise and even light up. They are wired or in wired however you prefer. The mic detaches too.

I've had a lot of different headphones from steelseries Logitech Sony even knock off friends from Amazon but these razor Krakens are by far the best pair of the headphones I've ever owned

I have returned these, so would prefer to give 0 stars. I tried using them with the wire (3.5mm plugs), the USB cable (which is really just for charging them), and bluetooth via the included dongle. That last method is the only one that enables the Razer app to see them, if managing the colors is important to you. I see that as pointless, can't see colors on headphones on the side of my head. That app is also the only way to see the current charge level (as a %). Without using that to monitor the charge, they just die and don't work. The reason I returned them is that the in-game audio I would hear, was also going out over the Input (mic) to my friends on Discord. No way to stop it. Googled, spent 5+ hours going through settings on Kraken's and the PC with all three connection methods (wire/usb/bluetooth). Nothing to prevent it. The only specific help was to "uncheck the Listen to this Device" checkbox. First, their instructions for getting to that checkbox are wrong (Win 11), but when I did finally get to it, it was not checked. Obviously that is very annoying to everyone else on the Discord channel, hearing my in-game audio. These should be renamed "Krappen".

Good Quality Audio is about the only good thing going about this headset that and maybe the rgb lighting but poor mic quality and audio mixing. With a claimed battery life of 11 hours you'll be constantly charging these your money is best spent on another headset.

It's great but too many technical issues when connecting to Razer Synapse. Everytime I turn my headset on I have to deal with it not showing up in synapse and not having my settings. I hate haptic feedback and for some reason its obnoxiously hard to fix it to my settings. I should've just gone with the BlackShark v2 Pros. Really isn't worth it.

This headset has changed the way i Game to say the least. The price point was astounding, and the sound and quality are perfect. Definitely recommend.

Love this headset. Has absolutley amazing sound and quality. Battery life last for a long time as well. I have easily gone about 4 hours a day for about a week with one charge of the battery.

Used mainly with my PS5 and it works great out of the box. On the other hand, PC is a mixed bag and it’s mostly due to the software for tuning. But I am really satisfied with the purchase

Headset is comfortable. Haptic feed back is a little intense on the lowest setting. They should have done a setup similar to skull candy for adjusting the haptics. Does exactly as advertised.

Sound is good, albeit a little quiter than i would like. the connectivity is good. Overall pleased with purchase

The sound on these are God Level insane. Nothing else compares and that's cause l've bought so many headsets . This by far is the best one!!

I simply love these headphones. They have taken gaming to a whole new level for me. It you like immersion in your gaming these headphones are for you. Plus the sound quality is great.

Very comfortable and at an alright price, I've had problems with others breaking and were more expensive so these are great.
