    Just after the warranty period expired, it began having trouble charging, difficulties with some devices, and the mic cuts out when talking to people; verified across multiple audio streaming apps and multiple people, the issue is definitely the headset, not other technical issues. I wouldn't sell this thing to someone I didn't like.

    No matter how many times i re-install synapse, they will NOT stay connected. I don't have the original box so I have not returned. Wish I would have not bough these.

    Only had them for 2 weeks, then the headset wouldn’t charge. Tried all types of bricks and even my computer. The green light would blink, indicating it’s charging, but after an hour or more of leaving it charging, it still shows low/no battery, and the headset wouldn’t connect or allow you to use it while plugged in.
