Bass quality is excellent, love the rgb on the sides as well!

Works as intended! Razer never ceases to amaze. The quality is there, but honestly this is my third pair in three years. It seems to break down once a year, otherwise it would receive a full five stars!

This headset has good sound quality. I have noticed that the beginning couple seconds of videos often don’t plsy but im unsure if that's a problem with the headset or razer synapse.

Bought as a present for my son. He is an avid gamer and this headset is exactlh whaf he was looking for. Great sound.

Very decent headset. Sound is great and they feel like a quality made product, i just HATE the haptics which is why I returned them. If you don't mind the haptic stuff then I highly recommend this headset. The price vs quality is perfect.

Was REALLY hoping this headset to be the next best Razer headset.... It wasn't. Setting it up with THX Spatial and Razer Synapse was easy, and the color sync was exactly what I was looking for. The sound was nice WHEN it worked but out the box I had sound problems. Wish I would have looked at reviews before I bought it. Constant disconnections and plugging in-out, turning off and on. Would not recommend to buy. I've had years of experience with Razer products and they dropped the ball on this one.

My husband and sons have been through quite a few headphones for gaming, when i purchased these I heard nothing hut great things from all of them.

I don't think I have owned a razer product that has been such a headache to deal with. The headset sounds good when it works. Just started having issues where it will connect and disconnect constantly. trying to even get the razer synapse to even find the headset takes a good 30 minutes. Apparently this headset is known for the disconnecting and razer still hasn't fixed it. I'm genuinely upset that this headset is even allowed to be sold with this big of an issue. Stay away from this headset.

Very happy with this product.very durable worth the money.would buy again,but store no longer carry.

Overall I am very happy with this headset and will be buying another! Quality is good and battery time on these while gaming and talking is 6-10 hours, but can be indefinite when plugged in. Within 20ft of your computer these work perfectly after 1 Year. That being said the first 6months I could be 75ft away at my front door without it disconnecting. Now its more like 25ft. It works where its supposed to. That all being said, treat them well do not throw or drop them much. The plastic collars on the headbands are prone to cracking because they're constantly under stress. It is what it is. 9.9/10 They lasted over a year. Thats decent quality for anything made now-a-days.

Amazing headphone, clear sound loud volume and haptic.

The haptics are very unique and add alot of immersion to any game you're playing and even music, it uses 3D audio when used with PS5 and you can hear the direction of audio in all directions, the only complaints I'd have is a not amazing mic but completely fine and the haptics add alot but it depends on the games audio quality for when they kick in and the 3 level adjustment is helpful here

Very clear game and chat audio. The haptic feedback is a little weird but I turned it off. Easy to operate. Only wish it had Bluetooth capabilities to pair to my phone.

Starting to think Razer products aren't as good as they seem. The build of the headset is very nice and seems high quality. The problem is the Mic doesn't sound very good at all, Ive tried messing with the settings and trying out the software but people say I sound like a robot and others say I sound like im in an aircraft. The battery doesn't really hold a charge unless the lights and hypersense are off, even then that's the whole point of the headset so it makes it pointless. Overall pretty disappointed for the cost of this headset.

wife is enjoying the new headset sofar, no major complaints. she did say it seemed to flicker a bit, but from what can we told, its just when the batteries are super low. aka, Sub-10% left
