I purchased these gaming headphones for my son. So far the 7th pair are his absolute favorite. He loves this RAZER headseat, Great price, outstanding quality and studio grade sound.

Mic stopped working in 16 days. BestBuy gave me a 15 day return window... Razer support was challenging to get a response from, but once I was able to they set up an RMA for me. However, I have not received that confirmation number as of yet. It's now 5/6 and I have has a $200+ headset with no functional mic since 4/28. It may be advisable to shop around for a different headset.

The headset is nice but the features on it act up. There is somewhat of a buzzing sound both when the haptic setting is on and off and during and not during charging. I like the quality of the sound and the sound settings. Overall, not worth the price it is at.

Uh. This head is nice but half of the features from the pc didn’t work, from lighting to adjusting the sound. Also died extremely quick. About an hour or so so I had to keep it plugged in. Traded it for an AX50

feels good on ears ,great battrery life and the bass on these makes it very immersive. 8/10

I have returned these, so would prefer to give 0 stars. I tried using them with the wire (3.5mm plugs), the USB cable (which is really just for charging them), and bluetooth via the included dongle. That last method is the only one that enables the Razer app to see them, if managing the colors is important to you. I see that as pointless, can't see colors on headphones on the side of my head. That app is also the only way to see the current charge level (as a %). Without using that to monitor the charge, they just die and don't work. The reason I returned them is that the in-game audio I would hear, was also going out over the Input (mic) to my friends on Discord. No way to stop it. Googled, spent 5+ hours going through settings on Kraken's and the PC with all three connection methods (wire/usb/bluetooth). Nothing to prevent it. The only specific help was to "uncheck the Listen to this Device" checkbox. First, their instructions for getting to that checkbox are wrong (Win 11), but when I did finally get to it, it was not checked. Obviously that is very annoying to everyone else on the Discord channel, hearing my in-game audio. These should be renamed "Krappen".

Amazing sound, lightweight, great fit, and versatile for gaming to cinematic entertainment or just listening to music.

this is a really great head set over all except the plastic side peace that holds the band in place keeps cracking and breaking for no reason with normal wear

Good headset, clear audio. Friends in discord and in-game voice chat say my voice comes through clear. Better voice than my Nari but I personally think that the Nari sounds crisper.

Amazing sound quality I had a razer x headset one of the older models but this one was definitely worth it would recommend.
