Most of the time, it won’t connect to the Razer launcher, and you’ll need to disconnect the USB cable and plug it back in, praying it will work.

Do not have the headset plugged into the ps controller , will echo to other players like was playing sound off tv. Ear cushion should be bigger for comfort.
