Not great for xbox | echo!!!

I play on xbox and on the box it says they’re compatible with xbox as well as pc. I searched everywhere for a solution from settings to set up. Its unfixable! Will be returning. Console players dont purchase this headset specifically BUT i will say the v2 pro is great its the one i had before with no issues!

Bad instore management

She had me call customer service which I did while in the store. They instructed her to do the refund and she refused to so I asked her why would she have me deal with customer service if you are going to ignore what they tell you to do ? She then just walked away and pretended I wasnt there.

Grandsons gaming headphones

Purchased a new pair Christmas 2023. Keep in mind, they were used most of the time by a12yr old for gaming.

Terrible Headset

Randomly disconnects and refuses to connect to Razer Synapse software if it somehow disconnects so then you have to restart your computer to connect. Even after updating the software for the headset still randomly disconnects. Don't buy this terrible headset.
