Amazing headphones, love the spatial audio, been using the same set of headphones for 4 years and if they break I’ll definitely be buying the same ones again.

So i got these a couple days ago and theres an echo that you cant fix no matter what. I play on xbox and on the box it says they’re compatible with xbox as well as pc. I searched everywhere for a solution from settings to set up. Its unfixable! Will be returning. Console players dont purchase this headset specifically BUT i will say the v2 pro is great its the one i had before with no issues!

Excellent while they lasted. Items USB connector quit working. Purchased a new pair Christmas 2023. Keep in mind, they were used most of the time by a12yr old for gaming.

It was missing the dongle and the manager at the Burbank location gave me a really hard time returning it and pretty much made up her own return policy.. She had me call customer service which I did while in the store. They instructed her to do the refund and she refused to so I asked her why would she have me deal with customer service if you are going to ignore what they tell you to do ? She then just walked away and pretended I wasnt there.

These headphones are great, the haptic response is great when playing games or listening to music. Battery life tends to be good, and charging does not take to long.

I havent been let down yet. This new version has a new tier of tweeter that leaves the Nari Ultimates lacking. This is a 5 of 5 product.

I upgraded from the Razer Black Shark, a similar headset, and not disappointed; signal distance is farther and stronger and am enjoying the rumble feature when playing my Steam games.
