The only comment was she did not like the push butten mute. And like her old one that muted when the mike was lifted.

Good headset broke after around 3 months

Cant hear anything but a high pitched tinnitus type noise

Razer Kraken Review

Had trouble connecting, redid drivers, and razer software, still didn't work. Haptic feedback only worked half the time. Battery life fully charged would only last about 2 hours. Kind of a let down for almost 200 dollars.

Buggy software and poor quality control

Buggy software keeps disconnecting headset. It's a bit of a pain to get connected again. Volume is inconsistent. Can be used while charging but causes electrical whine in the left ear cup. Will be returning this and getting something else. This feels more like a prototype than an actual finished product with $200
