Paperweight at best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset disconnects and reconnects at its own volition. Steer clear of this 170$ paperweight

Cool idea but barely works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones look and sound cool on paper but when tested they don't work well. Static issues and haptic feedback breaks after few minutes of use. Razer products are a meme. Try SteelSeries.

Garbage! Save your money.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stopped working after less than 60 days. These are like most other Razer products - overpriced and void of any quality whatsoever. Now I have an uncomfortable chair that has already had to repaired as it was broke upon opening - they sent parts to the wrong chair. I didn't even have the patience to deal with it anymore. These headset are also absolutely garbage. The sound is not great, they are extremely uncomfortable and, well, they stopped working after about 45 days. This company is awful.

Great gaming headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've switched my entire setup over to Razer, so it was only fitting to change the gaming headset over to Razer as well. Got this headset charged up yesterday for use today. Out of the box, my first impression was very positive. It was well packaged, everything surrounded by foam to protest it from the horrors of shipping. The headset is well built, and lightweight. The microphone can be inserted so that it is either on your preferred side. The ear cups are leatherette, and memory foam on the inside. VERY comfortable on the ears, even after a few hours of gaming. Audio quality is rock solid - lows are present and powerful, and the other ranges are potent as well. Those 50 mm drivers can really deliver some sound! Haptic effects in-ear provides for a unique experience. They really get your attention, especially if you are not expecting them. The haptics can be turned to high, medium, low, or off - basically set the intensity to your preference. The headset supports 7.1 surround sound, which provides a unique sound for your favorite games. In short, the headset is great and I very much recommend it!

Very nice headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recieved these from the tech insider network to test. They were easy to set up, plug and play on my surface book 3. They automatically find and install the drivers. The fit is comfortable, soft and firm feel but not pinching. The quality of build/physical feel is really good. The mic is distanced perfectly from the face, adjustable, sound pickup good. I listened to music with this. The bass and treble are crisp and distinct, the bass is good, felt like the haptic feedback was working on that. Gameplay was quite good. On several of my driving games it did well with each skid around a corner I did. With the first person shooter games, when I got hit, the response was good, odd to get used to, but did make me smile. The sound was very separated and made me feel like I was able to hear around me. Sound isolation from ambient noise was pretty good for not being noise cancelling. Overall, very nice headphones. The price is competative with premium build headsets, and do live up to the cost.

Too Buggy - Hating it!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hate it!! So completely buggy. Can’t get the mic monitoring side tone to work properly (to hear yourself in the headset without echo or at all). THX spacial audio is supposed to fall back to my speakers when the headphones are turned off but does not.

Works great if you only have Windows 10 64bit.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I struggled with this product. It appears to me it is only supported under windows 10 64bit. You find out later that the THX Software only works on Windows 10 64bit. The audio only comes in Mono under Windows 11. The packaging doesn't suggest this limitation on the outside.
