Love the headset. Listening to movies and music sound awesome.

I wanted to love these headphones so bad. They felt so good, so amazing, so premium, yet fell so short due to quality issues that inexcusable at this price point. The haptics feature was a cool add on but seriously I've had nothing but issues with these headphones. Where to start? The retractable part - well it doesn't retract anymore for whatever reason. Mic input randomly stops working and then you have to restart your pc and mic a million times before it randomly starts working when it feels like. The firmware issues are crazy over 2-3 updates so far and one update from Razer even broke my computer. It decided to at it's own accord uninstall all my graphic drivers while updating the firmware for the headset. Sometimes the headset just refuses to connect to the hyperspeed and then it becomes a brick... it won't get picked up by anything and then I have to plug and unplugged from hardwired USB over and over again until it decides it wants to work again. Razer offered a replacement but for a product that's only 2 weeks old and as expensive that's unacceptable. Google reddit reviews of the product and everyone has similar findings and feelings. For something that's supposed to be premium, this product sucks really bad and I hate to say it because I used to be a huge fan of razer. Now not just this product but many of their products have TERRIBLE quality issues that are just inexcusable for the pries they're charging.

not happy at all this is the second headset that i have purchased and still the same result the headset lost Bluetooth connection and will not connect back via Bluetooth i have tried updates, unplugging it, firmware updates when i had my turtle beach stealth i did not have this problem for a $400 headset this is very disheartening razer you half to do better then this.

i got this for my dad but he loves it! he needed a headset that was durable enough that it wouldn't break when he wears it to sleep (yes i know he's a crazy person) i don't think he's used the controller that comes with it yet but i've used it and i think it's a great addition

about this headset thinking that it would be the best headset ever and it was the most expensive one that best buy had to offer however I hooked it up to my PC I downloaded all the apps needed etc etc to adjust all the balancing of the sound bass trouble everything and these things could not put out more bass than what it sounds like clicking a toothpick on a stone top counter I would not recommend these headphones just because of how expensive they are now if they were to be only maybe what the sound quality is worth and only around $150 then yeah maybe these would be ideal set but no absolutely not do not buy these whatever you do if you are a hardcore gamer and expect bass and surround sound and directional fire while playing call of duty whatever you do beware all the money put into these is just for the stupid LED lights that friends get to look at when you're using them and go oh that's cool looking headset man

Gimmicky headset with haptic feedback that seems cool at first but gets annoying real fast. You can of course turn the haptic feedback off but then this just becomes an overpriced average headset. I ended up returning it though because it dropped connection to the hub and I was never able to get it to reconnect. There are much better headsets for this price point out there.

These Razer headphones are the best headphones i have purchased well woth every penny.

These are for my 15 year old son, who continues to go through wireless headphones like he goes thru snacks. Anyway, he said these are the best pair of headphones he's had in his life. He is a gamer, and is on his system(s) constantly. They must be good if he says they are.

Great Headsets Really Comfort I Like This Headsets 100%

I’m going to keep it quick and simple, this headset truly out of all the headsets I’ve tried are almost considered nothing to this. Even small details, such as lighting are very accurate and can be controlled with a click of a button through the synapsis app.
