The headset looks great and that's why I bought it. after 2 months later and over $170 down the drain my left earcup snapped for no reason. this is the first headset in many years that has done this to me for no reason. Never getting a razer headset again because of this poor build quality on crucial parts of the headset. Very good job product development team :3

    Poor quality for the price.

These speakers are very tinny and hollow sounding. The software does have an equalizer however you can only use that if these headphones are set as your default audio output. Physically the headphone cups are small and will put pressure on the tops and bottoms of your ears. The microphone is ok at best, again the software does have settings to adjust pickup which is nice but due to the retraction of the microphone there is no foam cover for noise suppression, therefore it is done digitally and you can hear the difference (not a good thing in my opinion). I returned these the next day.

    Cheap plastic arms.

The extension arms are plastic and break easily. This is a quality headset but the arms are cheaply made and I cannot use or recommend a product that breaks so easily. I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to make the arms plastic but this completely killed it for me.
