Good Audio, strange hiss

It does get a bit tiring after a 90 minute teleconference. To my ears, the audio is very good either with music or a teleconference. I have been told that when I join a teleconference, there is always a soft hiss that is associated with my headset. That is strange, it does not happen with the cheap headset that came with my phone.

The headset is excellent for its price

But if you start to use the middle volume piece a lot ,then the headset might get a little buggy and one side will play loader than the other. That is also why I recommend getting the warranty if you are buying this. I have dropped the headset a lot too, so that might be the reason for the unfortunate changes in my headset.

The best headset I have ever used.

I can confidently tell you this is the best headset I have ever used. If I had to compare this model to the $300 Sony headphones I owned before, the Razer Krakens beat it in every single category. Aside from the fact that this headset isn't wireless, its flawless in every single way.
