Power Drain Issue

I think it's draining so much power from the port that it doesn't work anymore. It sounds decent, though. The start button is a bit hard, you may have difficulty operating it.

Switched it to Bluetooth and now when any sound comes out of it the bottom light flickers and changes color like a rave. Gets really annoying really fast. Also through Bluetooth there's a sound lag and it does cut out every now and then. Going to be returning it and getting something else.

Mediocre sound, and desync with video

There is roughly a quarter second desync between video and audio for devices connected by Bluetooth. A recent firmware update supposedly addressed the issue, but that only took it from being awful to being distractingly annoying. Once you notice the desync, you can't get past it. If you're using the bar only for audio, it would be more around 3.5 stars, based solely on audio quality after tweaking with the Razer software.
