Mouse was great at first but the mouse started double clicking and scroll wheel stopped working quickly after using it (about a week).

Can’t use the software on a Mac so you are stuck with the default light pattern and lowest DPI

Mouse was good but scroll click was defective had to contact Razer for replacement.

i would stay away if you have smaller hands, but for my time with it i did like it

Not sure how good the could be, since mine had the right click button barely working from the start. Probably best for people with smaller hands, since it felt awkward to use with mine. Maybe ok for kids?

Mouse worked great for a couple months, then suddenly wouldn't stop scrolling down whenever plugged in. Tried it on a couple different computers, uninstalled and re-installed Razer Synapse but no luck getting it to work. Ended up just going back to my old Mamba Wireless that still works after years. The new Razer devices just don't hold up anymore.

paid extra for same day shipping, the package was lost and i was not refunded the extra cost of shipping. O and the mouse scrollwheel came broken

With in the first year the left button started sticking or double clicking. Then it would click and drop while you tried to drag some thing

This mouse was a very good & cheap option while it was still sold (~$50) and lasted me a very long time until I replaced it four years later for an Endgame OP1 mouse. Here's a quick summary of how things went with this mouse: - Nice and customizable RGB, highly recommend an open source software for it like OpenRGB over Razer's software. - Decent fit for average-sized hands, this is shaped for your right hand so it won't feel right in your left if you're looking for a left-handed mouse; the rubber side-grips were comfortable but came off after about two years of use - Mouse clicks felt nice on all buttons, but after the 3 year mark these started showing signs of wear (e.g. clicks not registering, loose buttons,); this really became a problem a few months ago in my 4th year of owning this mouse when the mouse was struggling to register me holding down the right click (randomly letting go and registering again) which is a huge letdown if you play mostly competitive games like Valorant or Rainbow Six Siege (just a couple examples) Overall, I'd recommend this mouse if you're able to find it for a cheap price ($50 or below) and don't plan to use it past the 2-3 year mark where you'll start having issues with wear

I really tried to like the mouse because I have the Razer Ornata V2 keyboard. The intermittent failure of the left-click function is annoying beyond belief. Lastly, it is absolutely 'non-ergonomic' in my opinion. Changing the color of the LEDs is amusing for a day or so then it becomes boring. If I still had the original packaging I'd return the mouse to Best Buy but unfortunately the box went to the recycle bin! Oh well, another lesson learned!

There are lots of places that sing this mouses's praises. Unfortunately, after 2 defects, I'm not convinced. Nice looking though. I am a fan of Razer products.

Haven't owned it long but I have other mice that definitely feels better and to me seems have better accuracy. Will keep trying it and see though.

Very good but the scroll wheel will lock up and will randomly will change dpi

The left-click switch failed and started double-clicking on its own even on press-and-hold. I didn't start using it right away so it barely made 6 months of use. I went back to my 5 year old Taipan with dual optics and it's still kicking. The Mamba was a poor fit for my long-finger female hand and always tended to twist sideways forcing me to compensate which isn't good as a manual aim player.

After purchasing this mouse and a razer keyboard, and quite some time troubleshooting the synapse software, I had finally gotten them to work for a few months. One day booted my pc and none of my razer products worked. Tried multiple computers and same thing. I tried reaching out to razer for help with their products from day of purchase until they quit working, just to never get a response. I do not recommend!

After owning this mouse for a little over a year the left mouse button started double clicking on a single click. I've had cheap mice that lasted longer than this one and Razer is aware of the issues with all of their mice doing this. Won't be purchasing Razer products again.
