Great product with extreme speed and amazing chroma lighting

Had this mouse for a very long time, went through a lot of rough use and has held up the entire time. Very durable. The razer synapse software that comes with it is very easy to use and is very convenient, and the lighting options are very customization. Overall great mouse with good accuracy and durability.

I needed a new mouse and after reading the reviews and this one seemed great. I use Mac and Linux primarily, so I needed a mouse that was compatible with at least one of those operating systems. I don't do much gaming, just wanted a high quality mouse. I purchased this mouse, because it claimed "Compatible with most Windows and Mac computers". Ok, the mouse does work on linux and MacOS, but the Synapse 3 software does not, It only works on Windows. So, I spun up a VM with WIN10 thinking I could configure the mouse and save my settings to the onboard memory of the mouse. I was able to create profiles and save them to the mouse, but they will only work on windows, when I switched to MacOS it only uses the builtin default profile. I went to the Razer website to see if they had plans to support MacOS for Synapse 3, this is from the website: "Will Synapse 3 work on Mac? As of now, Razer Synapse 3 will only work on the PC." I should have done better due diligence and checked for MacOS support. I love the mouse, just wish the configuration software supported MacOS or Linux.

This was my first gaming mouse for my first gaming pc and it was a great intro rob gaming! It is one of the most comfortable mice I have ever felt. It is an overall great mouse for gaming!

Its all around a great mouse. Its sturdy, the RGB looks amaizing. The software is great and I loved it.

I bought this mouse around 6-7 months ago and was very impressed. It had small issues here and there but overall it was very good. Worked perfectly up until around 3 days ago when it started double-clicking. Tried everything I could find on the internet yet not fixed, and it has progressively gotten worse. Playing games and even just doing simple work is almost impossible as the double click happens about 50% of the time. Really disappointed that such a good mouse has such a severe issue so quickly.

I’ve had this mouse for years, and it’s been great although I have experienced some issues with the sensor.

For spending almost $90 on a Razer brand mouse, I am very disappointed. I have high expectations for Razer because it's typically a good brand, but this mouse is driving me insane because my mouse scroll is malfunctioning after having it for 3 months. It worked fine when I had it, but suddenly the mouse scroll is struggling to scroll up and down. It can scroll and the mouse scroll feels fine, but if I scroll up or down on the web it staggers up and down and struggles to scroll the direction I want. Sometimes when I try to scroll up, it ends up scrolling down. I'm disappointed because I expected this mouse to last me a long time, but unfortunately I have to replace it soon. If you buy this mouse, make sure you get the warranty so that something like this doesn't happen to you...

I've now owned two of these mice and I strongly, strongly recommend anyone considering to buy this mouse, or any Razer product at all, to reconsider. Both times I've owned this mouse it's lasted barely a full year before major tracking inconsistencies started showing up and any attempts to fix these issues have yielded no solution. With both mice I cleaned the sensor, I tinkered with them on Razer Synapse, I tried updating every one of my PC's drivers, etc etc. Still, the Mamba continued to stop working and would freeze about 70% of the time I lifted it off the mouse pad. It would then take another 5 to 10 seconds of moving the mouse around to get the mouse to actually work. On top of this, even when the mouse isn't frozen, the mouse will randomly pull in different directions even when you're not moving the mouse at all. As I'm typing this my cursor is moving down the screen with no contact with the mouse at all. This happened with my first mouse, but I gave Razer the benefit of the doubt and purchased the same mouse a second time as I liked the feel of it and it was what I was used to. Again, the mouse worked fine for a little less than 12 months before it would freeze/stop tracking. Overall, I will never give a Razer product a second chance again, nor a first chance at all. Their products are nothing more than poorly put together plastic that costs $60+ because it has a Razer logo on it and changes colors. I'm disappointed and strongly do not recommend wasting your time, effort, and money on one of the worst tech brands on the market.

This mouse first had drag click issue within a year of purchase, then the grip pad fall off within two year of purchase. I have used a steal series mouse for many years without a problem, with so many other good mouse out there I really don't recommend this mouse. not to mention I bought it when it cost 98$ with no sales

Do not buy it will let you down when needed most it sucks
