I love the look and feel of this mouse, but it has some pretty serious issues. At times the mouse will randomly stop working and I have no idea if it's Razer's Synapse software or the mouse itself dying. If it weren't for this I'd probably really like the mouse as it has a great feel and looks cool.

This mouse is mediocre at best. I have been having trouble with accuracy from day 1. Sometimes the pointer moves on its own and other times the pointer teleports ever so slightly. I suspect the issue is with the Synapse software. I contacted Razer technical support and they suggested cleaning the mouse and applying a firmware upgrade, which I did. It did not correct the issue. I wrote them back to tell them this and the next email I got from them said they were closing down the ticket because they hadn't heard back from me. Thanks guys. I paid $70 for this mouse and I expected a certain level of quality. I'm starting to realize after buying this mouse, a Leviathan soundbar, and a Black Widow keyboard, you are mostly paying for the Razer logo and packaging and NOT superior components.

Bought this as a gift for my brother, he loves it.

I ended up using it at my ask. It'd too shallow for my windshield.

Smooth. Has lots of options. And lights. RGB BABY.

I use this mouse for my gaming activity. Excellent response.

This mouse works great. It's a little on the light side.

I purchased this product in the month of May, 2016. It was a great purchase at the time. It responded very accurately, the grip, feel and quality of the mouse was great. But the reason I am giving this such a low rating is because by September, the mouse had laggy, jagged movements whenever I used it to play games, or even for regular usage. Now, as of January 10,2017, it is completely inoperable. I always properly maintained placed aside when not in use. So, how this mouse is broken, I'll never know. I have a Logitech Proteus g502, that I have had for almost 2 years, and it still functions properly, and is still working. I would not buy this product, or if you do, i would definitely make sure to buy insurance.

I have been using this mouse for a while now and is by far the worst mouse I have ever used! The software is terrible and will not hold a setting. I will turn the sensitivity down to about 3600 then a few minutes later it will be at 16,000, which is unusable. It constantly freezes up and jumps randomly all over the screen. What a waste of money. I will never by another Razer product again. I am going to replace with a Corsair, just haven’t been able to justify $80 for another mouse.

This mouse hurt my hand after a few hours. The shape is not that great. It also felt like it has acceleration on at all times. You could put the DPI to 800 and it felt like 6000 DPI.

I used to have a RedDragon mouse, and I decided it was time for an upgrade. I went immediately to Best Buy and looked at what they had, After looking at the mice they had, I knew the Mamba Chroma would be the one for me. If you have problems with the cursor moving after you lift up the mouse, go into your razer synapse under calibration and change the liftoff range to 1. That was the only problem I encountered. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a gaming mouse! 10 stars out of 5. : )

It is probably an ok mouse and there were a lot a good reviews for it before I bought it. Unfortunately, the shape of the mouse made my hand hurt and cramp after using for a while so I returned it for one from Logitech.

This was too sensitive for the game I play (World of Tanks). Maybe it was my system but I had to dial down the sensitivity so much that I found it was no better than what I had before so I returned it

Its an ok mouse for gaming it tracks fairly well and has a low enough dpi but the scroll wheel has a mind of its own and until you spend alot of hours onto it its hard to keep down cause its narrow.
