I bought this thinking I could "make it work" using it left handed, but the shape of it it (obviously for right handed users) cramped my hand. Great, solidly built but wasn't a good fit for me.

Every electronic device can have a failure. It was a good mouse until it failed. Good on Best Buy for allowing a return.

Nephew knows how to set up the mouse, he tried many different setting, was too complicated for him on the games he plays.

I bought this mouse but after a week of use it stopped working. I tried it in 5 different computers without success. What I can say when it was working it did a really good work but it didn’t last too long. I need to bring it back to Best Buy.

I bought this mouse over a year ago and it's already dying on me. I purchased it for FPS games.

My kind loved his mouse, but it didn't have much of a shelf life.

My son wanted this particular mouse because it lit up and it was the same brand his older brother has too.

Had to return bc the cheaper mouse was in the box... So check before you leave store..

This is second one in 2 years. Last one just stopped working. Was great while it worked.

The sensor is a little slow at times while playing games but great for everyday use.

Above average quality mouse. Not quite as good as XINMENG though.

I must say that I like every single thing about this mouse except for the most important, the performance. I've now had 3 incidents in the middle of the game where the mouse will only move vertically, no horizontal movement. The only way for me to get the mouse operating horizontally is to unplug the USB connector and plug it back in. This is not what you want to be doing in the middle of a game, especially online multiplayer. From what I hear, there have been technical problems with this mouse. My software is up to date, I have a gaming mouse pad, and my mouse is kept very clean, but I still have these issues pop-up, and my daughter has had the same problem when she uses the computer. I would not recommend anyone spending this much money on this particular mouse.

Not sure why it says I purchased this mouse on July 29th of this year. It’s incorrect. Anyway, this mouse is absolute garbage. I would be in the middle of playing and it would stop working. I got killed in LoL because I couldn’t leave lane. Pathetic that it can’t do the only job it has. It can’t ‘mouse’. This was an immediate return. It was kind of an impulse buy for me but after reading reviews on multiple sites, I was glad to find o wasn’t the only one disappointed with this garbage.

This mouse broke after a few weeks of use. If it is a gaming mouse, it should be able to withstand a teenager playing games with it. Unfortunately I did not purchase insurance on it.

Returned item because the bottom of mouse was catching the mouse pad. It may have just been defective but returned for a different model. Fit hand well.

I use this on my gaming PC and i love the customization. The chroma is awesome and the sensitivity settings are superior. Lastly, it fits my hand great.

I highly don't recommend buy this items. because Razer ask you install their software every time when you connected. and after use it 6 month. the mouse sensor will start broken, it just freezed for a coupon second when you use it. this make it super annoying when you play game. pick another brand mouse rather than razer.

The mouse was fine for about 7 months playing then the DPI just goes out completely. Mouse wont move left, right, up or down. Without me putting dpi all the way up spinning the mouse and going back down. Same problem with 2 mouse's. I returned twice.. and today I have to come back to return this one. Which I will be getting rid of completely .and choosing another product.

I've bought 2 of these & I just don't like them. When i hold it up not touching anything the curser continues to move.

Mouse gave out after about a year of use. I have moved away from razer mice. I only buy Logitech now.
